Absolutely LOVE my machine! I got the one with 8 disks and bought an additional 4. Can't wait to try all 12 different shapes!
Always add a little bit of olive oil to the egg and water mixture. This will add in a more silk extrusion of the pasta.

Great Demo on the Philips 2378 Pasta Machine….Just purchased and so far enjoying it….Made Lasagna Noodles and found that if you press them and stretch them a little with hands, they become flatter and resemble the Store Purchased ones….Anyway enjoyed your thorough tutorial on this Philips Pasta Machine Model….Grazie!!!
