I have a slightly older model. Took some time to master it, but now very happy with results. Here is a tip…the dough looks dry and people assume they must add water. Don’t. It is supposed to look more dry than wet. Also, we are going to attempt to make homemade ravioli using the lasagna face plate.
thanks, good explanation even for the cleaning, i think the mixture is perfect, it should be dry and not smooth, too much water will make the dough too sticky and not intended for a "pressing" pasta machine.
Great video i'm getting a Philips 7000 tomorrow so this has been very helpful. I'm curious about all the pasta dough that your father scraped off the different cutters can you pop it back in the mixer so you don't waste any? Thank you!
You should not have to remove the discs and should not have the excess dough. It usually has minimal wastage. If you do have though, you should be able to add it back. The mixing process will stop when you open the lid. Hope this help and thanks for watching
do you still have the philips HR2375 pasta maker? if so would the shaping discs be interchangeable? trying to find info an extra discs. philips don't want to respond
I received my pasta machine and the macaroni shape has the middle missing. So I get fat no hole macaroni's. That's what I will be eating today. I hope you good anyway :(
It's honestly terrible. I have this machine. The recipes and ratios in the manual are all wrong. You simply can't make edible pasta in 3 mins. I am making pasta by hand again, resting the dough for 2 hours. The difference between this McDonald's fast, crappy quality and handmade pasta is earth and sky. This machine is for lazy people who can't be bothered to make really good quality pasta.
Thanks for watching. Much appreciated. My daughter talks fast …. Try to add the subtitle which will translate to your preferred language. Hope this help

Great comment and how did you go with the ravioli?

Cold water only, not even warm, and not exactly the right amount. Mistake ,No.1 I made. Learning curve...
This was super as it helped me a lot. I was missing some instructions with my machine. :)
It’s all done online nowadays.
Got to admit, I would have much preferred a paper book.
The cleaning is as long as the pastas' making old fashionned way!! lol
Never tried the old fashioned way but would love to learn.
Normally you'd only have to clean one disc.
Some of us can't handle the rolling process on our shoulder and back😢
I grew up in a bakery and abused my arms

What kind of flour did you use? Great video, thanks!
Does the inside get steamy and the lid warm to the touch?
Not mine does not. How many batches are you doing?

What is the watts on this model? Does it shut off automatically when extrusion is finished?

of course they don’t want to respond, the machine with extra 2 discs and scale cost double lol
How many cups of powder can be loaded?
2 cups at a time
How much is it ?? It requires a lot of manpower . Would it be faster if I cut it on a cutting board ? 🤔
Flour bowl capacity?
iwant to have like this where can i buy this?

Mason aka ganna one vesthra teka thnna
Sorry Google could not translate it …..
Don't forget to unplug the appliance before cleaning
100% thanks for the reminder

It would have been more effective if you had also shown how the pasta turned out after cooking
Will keep that in mind for further videos …. Thanks for letting me know
When you make pasta manually, there's a very long period of time where you let the dough rest, but this machine skips that. Can't be good no?
The machine does all this for you. Once you add every ingredient. It kneads it and rests it for you before it starts making it for you.

I must stop watching your videos as I keep wanting to buy more things 😢 broke
Sorry about that …..
cleaning looks like a nightmare. I'll keep searching.
It is a nightmare
You will only be using one disc at a time …. I do not find it too bad but some can find it a nightmare …. Everyone is different
More water
How much more would you recommend? Spoonfuls?
@@LazyAwesomeDad The dough needs to be whole and smooth. The result on vid shows bad mixed
No, its supposed to be dry like that to extrude...
The video is brilliant but I find it difficult to understand the young lady’s commentary. Bad diction.
Thanks for watching. Much appreciated. My daughter talks fast …. Try to add the subtitle which will translate to your preferred language. Hope this help
Her diction is fine. If you struggle to understand, the subtitles may help.
Nie kupować tego
I have already bought it …. Too late …. You should have told me earlier
