I initially found “this my bible 4” and was like “whoaaa!!!” I like this guy!!! Very upfront, to the point, funny, shows “Real Life” situations!! I love your energy and your passion for Bibles. I am a Bible collector, and I have something like 98 Bibles in my collection! The first Bible I really personalized with notes and highlights was a Student Bible. I too keep all my old Bibles and would cheerfully buy you a new one if you needed it. Howard Hendricks said you should be going through a Bible every 3 -5 years (till it is so marked up you need to move on.) I am not quite there yet but my Bible is quite colorful.

Thank you, the NASB was the bible that changed my life too! I have had other bibles, but for some reason it was the NASB that got me hooked. Someone gave me NASB in 2004, since then I never stopped reading it.🌷🌷🌷

Also, I can't for the life of me find it again but in one of your videos you mentioned that you were reading your bible in chronological event order loosely - as in by book rather than chapter so you aren't jumping back and forth between books. This is EXACTLY the reading plan i want to follow but I can't find a plan online that is roughly chronological by book 😭 only ones by chapter and it's just too chippy choppy confusing for me as a newby. I know you are very busy but if you have any time can you please let me know where you found yours or share it with me somehow? Keep up the awesome teaching!

I was on the fence about the NASB until I found your channel. I previously used other translations, and still do reference them. But I have come to love the NASB, and made it my main go to bible when it’s time to experience the word of God. This Lockman Ultrathin is the main Bible I read and study from, this review sold me on it. Thanks!!

Second, I'm with you, I love my physical Bible. Nothing like holding it and turning the pages. I use a digital version only when I want to quickly compare different versions.

PRAISE GOD for what you shared brother. It really inspired me to read the Bible more. I got here because I'm transitioning from NIV to either the NASB or the NKJV. Not fully decided yet. Yo! Loved the video! My daily reader is a Schuyler Thinline Quentel in black goatskin, but the Bible I read for about 10 years (and still have) was an ultra thin NKJV and I miss that size so much! I actually just ordered this exact bible and can’t wait to get it in a couple of days! It looks like this will break in nicely and hold up super well based on your vid! I’m sure it will be a step down in quality from my Schuyler, but this should be an awesome everyday carry. I even got stuff to try my own art gilding on it lol.. I’m so excited! 😁
I’ve only had my name put on one bible and I regret it now. Got a nice goatskin Pitt minion had my name put on it and it doesn’t look good. Now I have to use it a bunch to wear it out so my name goes away.

Who made up the rule of giving your bible away when you're done with it? Lol I love going back and looking at what I learned from different bibles from when I was younger and as I've grown up.
I think if God puts it on your heart to give it away that's totally different. But I think those "old school" rules are for the birds.

Ps: Never trust a guy that in the minute 0:02 makes the 666 sign, the number of the beast in the bible (Rev 13:18). That's a sign for all his satanic buddies to recognize him. There are lots of fakers trying to pass as christians but they depend from the vatican (1Co 11:13-15, Acts 20:29)

Liked & subscribed! You tube needs much more of this content! I just upgraded to large print in a NLT study Bible & a personal size ESV. (Age kinda stinks, but oh well!) I’m thinking of putting a really nice leather journaling bible on my Christmas list. Our daughter is turning 22 & wants a more grown up Bible. Her other one is bright pink! So we are deciding between NLT, which she has & ESV. Your thoughts?

I am looking for a new NASB bible. Readability is most important as I am older and my eyesight is not good. When I look at these I see many are from Zonderman and many from Lockman. Which is better generally speaking?

Those who follow him have itching ears, he speaks of having your best life now and says Mormons are real Christian's and he says he would go to a gay wedding among other false teachings.
Pray for him of course, but never support his wicked ways or you yourself partake in them, bringing judgment upon yourself.
@@spenceraudible2241 I mean a false prophet is someone who makes a prophecy that does not come true. Joel is NOT a prophecy preacher so I do not see how you can say that about him. Being a false prophet was punished by death in the Bible, so you are basically damning Joel to hell when saying this. I have seen NOTHING from Joel worthy of him being treated as bad as he is. Yes, he is not as bold as I like but false prophet? I hope you are right, for your own sake. Remember we will judged by the same measure we judge others with.
