    For the money just grab some Mopar Highline Rubicon fenders.

    Have these on my JK and love them. Great product! These new jl flares look just as awesome 👍

    It's looking more and more like the JL is complicated when it comes to aftermarket fender flares.

      I think this kit is just poorly engineered.

    The thickness of those fenders look pretty flimsy... 🤷🏽‍♂️

    I have a lighting connection question...the wiring I removed from my 2018 JL has 5 wires for the front marker and 2 for the side marker - 7 wires total. Your video says 5 wires total. Can you help clarify how I should hook up the lights?

    Will these fade like the stock on my JK?

    What about your turn signals? Those marker lights dont seem to have that function, does that mean ill have to get a head light with turn signal function?

    • @Quadratec
      @Quadratec  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The lights on the front of the fender are turn signals as well.

    What aftermarket inners would work with these fenders?

    Be prepared to be in your garage for hours installing these. And be prepared for it not to go as smoothly as the video

      Yeaaa, this looks like a rushed product development that ends up becoming a headache for the buyer. No thanks.

    • @Quadratec
      @Quadratec  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      No lift. 35" x 12.50" tires. 17" mickey thompson sidebiter 2 wheels.

      Quadratec wow so the flares open everything up enough to fit 35s?

      @@Quadratec and that will work while flexing? no rubbing on stock height and 35s?

    just wondering what material the fender is made from? Steel or aluminum.I mention this because the nutsert is aluminum and their can be galvanic corrosion where the nutsert touched the fender

    They look good but I won't be buying them because the inner fender liners are not pre cut and no wiring harness included with the kit. At this price point you should have done a better job.

  • @LarryRichelli
    @LarryRichelli 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Bushwacker could have done a better job on the design of the blinker light. It looks like they just slapped whatever they could find in the parts bin on there. I could not put something that ugly on my jeep. I would buy these if not for that!

    Dont loose or damage any pieces....bushwacker doesnt have replacement pieces...i was told to reorder a whole new kit for just one piece....be warned

    These things are so shitty, not to mention all of that unnecessary cutting. Stock rubicon high top fenders are stronger, look better, and you get DRLs and turn signals.

    far too much work for such little returns .. easier trimming the factory flares

      I put a set of these on my JKU, I watched a video at least four time before I started just to make sure I knew what I was doing...fortunately it paid off...but yes it is an all day project for sure :-)

    DISCLAIMER: This product is garbage, save yourself the ass ace and the money. Most expensive PLASTIC in the world, too much cutting, had to drill my own holes, yes I got them on my vehicle but it took an entire day and I only finished the project because now I have jacked up stock fenders that I can't even put back on.
