Wtf is holodets?! Just jelly meat!

Hello, friends! Today I wanted to share one of the most favorite dish for holidays in Russia. What do you think about it? Most of people usually love or hate it.
These are the ingredients:
2 kg beef shank
1,5 kg beef joints
200g onions
200g celery
200g carrots
7-9 garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
8-9 allspice cloves
salt to taste
