Are you from Toronto, we had wave 94.7! But we listened to it on the way to school and work
Its 1990, You just left the office at 7:30 on a early summer night headed down West Street out of Manhattan, hitting every red light, skyscrapers slowly getting smaller with each intersection, the twin towers Illuminating the peach orange sky, the antenna beacon on the north tower blinking slowly. You're free for the evening.
it's a late night in 1992, you're 5 years old with your dad driving on the 5 coming back from visiting his brother in the Valley, you spent the day playing with your cousin while your dad caught up with his brother and you're fighting to stay awake because you never get to stay up the late. The radio set to 94.7 the wave and this is how you remember this song sounding like, life is simple, life is good.

This album especially this song perfectly captures the 80’s new wave sound.
The jazzy instrumental, not too extreme blade runner/cyberpunk style synth like most people who attempt to replicate "80’s" music but also not too soft or overly technical or digital sounding synth playing.
Like the guy who made this perfectly captures the 80’s Americana aesthetic and slightly Japanese city pop vibe with this.
If only there was a slightly more high quality sounding version of it then it would be perfect

This music, Or the entire album, Im imagining myself in some kind of mansion, Or a fancy mall or a wedding invitation alongside it, Its a feeling you dont get in any other vaporwaves and thats why im so damn addicted to this album.
Everything is gold and black, Minimalistic with fancy expensive paintings and statues, Granite or marble.
I've been listening to this music and album for almost over a year now (Im referring to the original one by Luxury Elite) and im just... Addicted.
You guys should also check out her other album "With Love", Its a lot more simpler per say and a few years back in theme, If that makes sense.

Tbh i listen to this kinda music because it dosent have so much cussing words and just wildness its just peaceful
its the 2010s... an alternate 2010s, 9/11 has never happened, and you have just turned 18 and are driving across the city after working a late night shift at a hospital you stop at target, mcdonalds (which still looks cozy), maybe play some games at alladins castle or grab a bite to eat at the cheesecake factory, then you come home with the twinkling of the skyline in your hometown and the a big six flags drop tower in the distance and a gondola on the mountains as your home you turn on the weather channel and go on your phone watching animation memes and playing games like fnaf and undertale (however because theres no strict laws online, fnaf and animation memes are still seen as a mature genre just like it was in the late 2000s) its early 2017, harambe was never killed and instead of fearing president trump, you are hyped for president schwarzenegger or president bill gates and are now in college instead of hanging out at "the manor" which is a daycare for adults with autism in our current reality
