Hi Zakir, I have a question for you. Please guide me for this: As far as I know, when an individual freelancer submits a proposal, the client see his name, profile image, earning, and badge (if he has), with a couple of other information (whatever it is, doesn't matter), BEFORE the client opens/view our proposal. Suppose that an agency owner has $2k earnings on his individual profile and agency has his own profile at $400. Now when the client sees our proposal through agency, will he see our individual earning $2k or $400 agency earning. Plus, what other information will client see regarding name, badge etc. If the freelancer is Top-Rated-Plus, and the agency is new, will client see that the agency is fresh with no earning or $400 earning? I want to know how the client will see our proposal even BEFORE viewing it. Thanks. Any help will be highly appreciated!
The client will see the freelancers' earnings and badges, with a section mentioning associated with abc agency, etc

My Upwork account permanently blocked by Upwork due to indentity verification issue, i had 700$ in my Upwork account,but now i can't access my account,i have sent multiple emails to Upwork customer service but no response, can you guide me what should i do ?
