Good story but if Kragen could have raided the homeworld at any time why would he not have done so sooner and just kidnapped the kids? Why wait until the extra ship was there and attack at the only time when he might be defeated.
Why is there a bounty on lids? Why parents left the kids? Why Kragen is so obsessed? Lots of holes. But had a kernel of an interesting story.
I’m a writer. This isn’t a well-written story.
