Glad you liked it! I think the whole council thing is a bit overused, but it's an integral part of most HFY stories still too. I can live with it so long as alien butts are being thoroughly kicked! Lol
Great story. Kept picturing the Ferengi in my head tho. Nice to have an engaging story that didn’t involve the Galactic Council, and Admiral or a named ship. Well done.
Truly one of the best examples of why peace and equal trade and honest good treatment to everyone is the best way to go. Profit! Profit!! Profit!!!....by not screwing others.
I'd sure love to see a movie made off of this one as well! Glad you liked it. :) There are several other stories linked to this one as well in the Fall of the Droo Empire playlist that I made. Hope you enjoy those as well! :)
I made sure that the cybernetic references were toned down in the stories later on in this series, I hope that makes them more enjoyable for ya! (And less annoying for all of us!)
To many cybernetic enhancement references. I could also see the humans capitalizing on the cultures that were dominated by the Droo would have been encouraged too rise up and fight against the Droo, as well as being spared, unless they were the "True Droo"
I gotta agree, I was tempted to cut several but didn't in the end, I don't like doing big edits on writer's work. Might need to change that though, sorta like a real publisher needs to! And I really like those thoughts! Could be really cool for a future story. :)

many profit alot from war and destruction. You think the American "aid" to Ukraine goes to Ukraine as a banktransfer? Or do you think America is lend-leasing their old weapons stock and pumping all that money back into their economy by boosting the American weapon manufactures to renew their own warmachine's stock. Saying war is not profitable is nonsense, specialy if you manage to sell to both sides without them finding out.
Still need to work on tuning your narrators model, good story and the channel has lots of potential if you can clean up and improve the narration. (Yeah, I know thats the hard part. Ill swing back in a few months to see if things have improved!)
Good story. My only criticism would be to program the AI to pronounce a name the same way every time. This one pronounced the instructor's name six different ways.
I know! I'm super sorry about that, I kept tweaking things and trying to fix it but wasn't able to for this one. Some names just make my AI poop its pants. Hahaha Trying to get the AI to behave for later videos, can't make promises, just progress. :)
That might be true, but historically war isn't good for business as well. The whole concept of it being good actually arose around the world wars ONLY for when the US wasn't a part of the wars and was just selling materials and taking loans from folks. Once you get in and get on a total war footing it's not beneficial. Plus the destruction wrought and all of that, es no bueno. Just my take though.
Pretty decent though an actual human narrator would be better. No proper punctuation pauses... run-on sentences... the AI is deficient. And if it ever gains sentience, then I didn't write this- my next door neighbor did.😏👉
Looking at your photo stock, I wonder where on earth would Elon Musk find the materials needed to build his ship to MARS 😔😭? Unless, it's a fantastic GRIFT 😊😊😊
@@Sci-FiVaultwould it be the rarity of some of the materials , or just the quantity? If the latter , then compared to a couple super tankers it may not be to unachievable
@@outinthesticks1035 My guess is a bit of both. But, let's face it, if we master the tech to build stuff like this then I expect it won't be too hard to build a massive warship like that. So many more materials will be immediately made available for our purposes. :) I so hope we can see space mining in my lifetime!
The main reason Musk is developing rocket tech is so he can capture asteroids and mine them for metals and minerals. Mars is the end goal but the process of developing the tech to get there is what is making him rich.

Nope, but I can see some parallels.
