    You might like the fiskars fixed blade utility knife for roofing. Rather than having a retracting mechanism that can get clogged up it just has a guard arm that swings out to cover the sharp edge of the blade. I'm going to get one for my collection because it's interesting.

    Can't let this have no comments, the machine oil on blades is usually seen on the cheapest crappiest blades cause they will rust without it so they just coat it in the oil, i use the absolute cheapest blades (about $0.10 per blade i think?) cause locally here any other are unavailable and well when they break just throw them away and i basically just cut plastic and cables with it lol

      Thanks for thinking this video was worth commenting on :) I used to be in the cheap blade camp, but after using the fat max, I don't think I'd go back. I still do have some though for when I'm absolutely going to immediately destroy them.

      Idk about craftsman. I wouldn't be surprised if they licensed that design.
