Hi, the sealer you are using isnt available in my country. In my reaserch for something similar i found mod podge, i think it can be a non toxic alternative
@@YourEverydayHuman Thanks, Will make a full step by step tutorial on ways to make dishes and other stuff at a later time. Still experimenting as a hobby :-)
Rainforest Pets ADVENTURES! I used Silicone in this video, but liquid latex works the same way, and it´s cheaper. The reason i used silicone was because i was about to order animal safe epoxy, but it ended up being way to expensive.
1. Polymer clay 2. Makemake silicone medium A30 3.Hey'di cement 4. makemake colour fix + color pigments ( sealer and colour) Animal safe resin could also be used but it's very expensive. Polygem.com has some animal safe resins. Makemake.dk has the makemake stuff. :-)
@@angelotambot07 Make a dish from polymer clay, cover it in layers of silicone to make a mold. Pour the cement in the mold. Paint cement cast with sealer. aaaand done. XD (be sure to test your cement and sealed dish if you use other products.) some types release toxins that are not animal-safe. I usually use products that can be used in aquariums. For this, you might wanna ask the store your buying from.

Expoxy
so the aluminum foil stays in the clay ?
is the polymer clay odorless?
This is really awesome.

@@krizz9867 I dont think people who do stuff this well should have it as a hobby. Try to make a small business or something
This is cool man! Thanks for this vid
This is so cooooolllll
Why didn't you just use the clay dishes instead of just using them to make molds for the cement?
To make them stronger and pet safe
@@krizz9867 is the clay you used not pet-safe? I'm trying to figure out how to do this without making a mold, since I only need one dish
@@julie7870 i'm not 100% sure but i don't think it's safe. You probably need to search up petsafe clay
Awesome video!
Do you know if it makes a difference using bake or air dry clay? Also, are you using silicone for making molds? Like, liquid rubber?

And about the clay it depends. Just make sure it doesnt react with the mold type you use.
Pleaseee indacate the materials
