Thanks for all of your amazing content, it has been extremly helpful for me. I am still in the setup phase of our boards and calendars, was thinking to book a call with you to discuss. Do you offer 1 off assistance for people in setup phase, and how much is this please? Thanks again :)

It was time for an update. Asana has changed so much over the last couple of years. Here is everything you need to know to get started using Asana in 2024.
15 minutes into the video and I learned this was NOT a non biased review. Not saying the information is bad, some of us just look for non affiliated reviews and critiques. I appreciate your video none the less.
Thanks for the comment. As Asana partners, the focus of this channel is to provide information on the solutions my company deploys. It’s also not a review of Asana. It’s a tutorial on how to use the tool.
Excellently presented. I have had this software for some time. The very surface explanations of other tutorials left me stagnant. This has been a blessing to find your channel. I cannot wait to implement what I have learned. I look to review your advanced teaching next. Thanks!
I'm so glad this video helped you see the full potential in Asana! If you have any questions or have any content suggestions, feel free to share them here in the comments.
Fantastic tutorial on using Asana for project management! The organizational features and user interface seem very intuitive. Looking forward to applying these tips to my workflow and seeing the results
Hey Marquis, thank you for such a valuable video! It's really made me so much more aware of the power of Asana and the opportunities I haven't taken advantage of - both simple things and advanced things. I also really appreciate that you covered the philosophy of it too
Thank you so so much for this video, but I was thinking, since the video is a demo, you would have made it to be clearer since there was no client information that you were trying to protect. I heard to strain my eyes just to see what you where clicking so that I could repeat the same from my end.
@@MarquisMurray Thanks Marquis. We're loving ASANA so far. Now with a few new tricks we just learned from your video we can optimize this tool for our organization. Yay!
Thank you for this amazing content!!! I am studying your content to build my team's first project I have a question, some of the features you are using are not in the free version, right? Wich version would i need to manage my Asana like you are doing here? Thank you!
Great question. You could do both, but depends on what information you want to view. My suggestion would be to use Teams to organize your clients and all of their different projects and deliverables.
This is very helpful, thanks! My Custom Sections looks different than yours and for some reason the section headers won't slip and slide around like they did in your video. Did Asana remove this functionality? It's disappointing because the sections now don't make chronological sense.
Hey, thanks for watching! You should be able to rename and rearrange sections as needed. If you're still having issues, please check if you have the latest version of Asana or consider reaching out to Asana Support for further assistance. Hope you can resolve this soon!
Great video! Thank you very much for your great work. It´s great you gave us an insight as to all that can be done with Asana, but concentrated on the basics. The only thing that would be nice to know as well, are the limits of the paid version, as a lot of the features you show are with a paid version. (My only comment is that I just found the background music very distracting, until I finally got used to it). ;)
Thanks for the feedback! I've made a video covering all Asana plans and the features available in each tier. Check it out here th-cam.com/video/ugEajZjOT4g/w-d-xo.html
Is there a way you can put in estimated time to complete projects/tasks and bill rates so consulting companies can use this as a benchmark for how much a project will cost and how long tasks should take?
I like your explanation. Do you have videos on how to make a project work as a template so one doesn’t need to purchase asana right away? Also curious if you have any examples for setting up for bookkeepers. Thanks again
Hi Audrey, thanks for watching! Great question. If you want to have a project as a "Template" without actually being a template, you should: 1. Thanks for the walkthrough. Do all users need a paid license? Is it possible for manager or supervisor have a paid license and reportees use a free license?
Hey Dwayne, thanks for watching! Not necessarily, Asana does offer the flexibility to choose which organization, team, or division the paid subscription covers. So you could have a paid subscription for your management team while other teams remain on the free tier. Hi mate. I have just started using Asana and I want to build it to monitor my KPIs. How do I do that? I don’t see how I can use it to monitor safety and quality KPIS (percentages, money savings, how many inspections done per month, etc).

Our organization consists of a large design team. Our design team consists of sub teams, UX Team, UI Team, UXR Team, UXW Team, SD Team, Dev Team, PO Team. All these teams are working on a Mobile App. When setting up a project, how to do we connect or assign specific teams to a project?
Hey, thanks for watching! You can only assign one "Asana Team" to a project in Asana. However, if you want people from multiple teams as members of one specific project, you have to create the project in a particular team and then manually add members from other teams. Now, if you need to move the project to another team, simply go to the project details (click the arrow next to the project's name and select "Edit project details") and switch the team.
