- We were told that education is the key to success, but what if it's actually a trap? This documentary uncovers how the education system fails to equip students with real-world skills, leading to high unemployment and a toxic work culture. Millions graduate every year, only to realize that their degrees don’t guarantee jobs. So, where did we go wrong? And more importantly, how do we fix it? We dive deep into the flaws of the system and explore real solutions-alternative education paths, skill-based learning, and ways to escape this cycle. The truth is harsh, but change is possible.

Thank you so much for your kind words 🙌
Waariyah Asal Documentary!
I hope it reaches those places where the DAMAGE is still preventable. Schooling just after 2-3 years of birth feels like oppression. As someone working in the education sector, I often wonder, PARENTS; almost all directionless, turning their children into enslaved competitors to fulfill their own interests.
Education has become less about LEARNING and more about racing- with NO finish line, just exhausted minds and lost childhoods. Raising children to meet expectations, not to EXPLORE, QUESTION OR GROW.
And after all this pressure, what awaits them? A bleak employment landscape with little to NO opportunities.
Kudos to the Fifth Frame Team! 🙌
PS: Maefi, thoda gov zyueth paham 😭

Well delivered. Valid valid points. Should have added the role of parenting & their reluctance to risk taking & innovation and the perpetual social stigma & social emphasis on traditional career paths here . Cool cinematography too 😍
Thanks for your feedback! I appreciate your insights. However, the points you mentioned are already covered in the full video. I’d recommend watching it completely you might find exactly what you’re looking for!

Same situation here in Pakistan too. This generation is forcefully pushed in a rat race of getting grades. The education system is a zoo of humans, they feed our brain with irrelevant shit and then conduct the exams to examine how well we remember the shit. Loved your content. May ALLAH bless you.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! The education system definitely needs a shift from rote memorization to real-world skills and creativity. Glad you found the content meaningful. May Allah bless you too!
The sad thing is that we're stuck. Providing good education requires selfless investors, a lot of resources, and sources of experience with emphasis the experience part.
Govt. school teachers are there just for the sake of it, private schools just care about profit and coaching centers about creating a cult and retaining as many customers.
We were kept suppressed and depressed for a long time due to which our previous generations did not have any access to (and interest for) good education which led to us being behind in innovation (at a global level).
A common example is the amount of phd students passing every year, majority of them are interested in a teaching position, also caused due to lack of a stage to experiment and express their new ideas.
The only solution I can think of is the establishment of internationally competitve private (because frankly, govt doesnt care and coming of foreign companies may disrupt kashmir) companies (by kashmiri investors and visionaries) which will lead to large scale development in kashmiri people.
May Allah (SWT) show us the right path!
This is a very important perspective, and the issues in the education system have indeed become a major obstacle. I agree with your point that relying solely on traditional methods will not lead to progress.
However, depending entirely on the private sector may not be a complete solution either, as the primary goal of education should be quality learning rather than profit. A balanced approach could be to establish a model where private investors and government policymakers collaborate to enhance educational standards while also providing students with opportunities for research and innovation.
To bring an educational revolution in Kashmir, we need to take local initiatives that nurture young talent and provide them with opportunities that meet global standards. Your viewpoint is valuable, but it deserves further discussion and exploration.
@@FifthFrameMedia I agree with the perspective that a balanced approach could help in enhancing educational standards. However, the reality in Kashmir is quite concerning.
While collaboration between the two sectors sounds ideal in theory, the execution of such an approach in our region could be problematic.
Relying on government policymakers for real change is, unfortunately, often a mediocre solution. The government’s track record in addressing fundamental issues, especially in education, has been less than promising as mostly policies are influenced by underhanded motives that don't prioritize the true needs of the people with these decisions frequently being driven by political interests, corruption, and a lack of genuine commitment to long-term development. In this context, any genuine efforts for reform might get diluted or delayed due to the bureaucratic inefficiencies or self-interest of those in power.
Whereas the private sector, particularly when led by local Kashmiri visionaries and investors, has the potential(!) to bring a more dynamic approach. Private institutions can be more agile in adapting to global trends, providing cutting-edge research facilities, and fostering an environment of innovation.
Given that government-run systems in Kashmir are often dragged down by limitations, it might make more sense to allow local entrepreneurs who have a genuine connection to the region’s growth to lead the charge.
However, it’s crucial that these private institutions remain grounded in the values of quality learning and not just profit-making. We need a model that allows for rigorous educational standards and one that provides a platform for students to experiment, innovate, and explore new ideas - areas where the government system sadly lacks.
However you're right , this topic needs more discussion and consideration.
Thank you for highlighting this issue though your lens!

Tenth grader, exams are in few days I don't know but every thing feels so heavy and it is just overwhelming 😢
Exams are daunting, but let's remember it is not all about the memorization of facts but also about learning to think, adapt, and grow. Step back, strategize on your study time, and never forget to rest. Success isn't all about grades but also the mentality that you're building. You can do it.

Ma 9 hours ka kaam karta hu pechlay 7 salo se lekin itna pressure ha ore kaam 4 times zada ha keh kaby kaby lagta ha sucide he karna padega. Bohut sare health issues agaye ha, sar pe koi baal nahe raha, family issues, no friends, only work and work. Brand ke naam pe employees ko aisa pela jata ha jaise godu ke race ma gaday dhod rahe ho. Sab se bady wajah iske humare society ha jaha government employee ko aik acha profession mana jata ha ore bake sare professions chaheye wo business ho ya private logo ke soch ma wo sirf aik nakamy ha. Dosre taraf Tax ke barmar, inflation rates, expenses, low level income matlab koi option he nahe survival ke liye. Yaha government kehty ha kashmir ma we premote entrepreneurship and provide seed funding or schemes but in real ye sab fake ha, mera aik dost ha MBA qualified manufacturing ka business wo karna chahata ha pechlay 3 salo se government employees ke chakar kaat raha documents, registration, licencing ke liye, har jagah corrupted log bethay ha bina paisay ka tareekh pe tareekh de jarahe ha. Ab bataye hum agay badayge kaise ore anewale humare generations ko hum kya sekhayege. Matlab finally yehe ha hume gulam banaya jaraha ha.
Yeh ek bohot hi تلخ reality hai jo aaj kal bohot log face kar rahe hain, especially private sector mein kaam karne wale log. Continous badhta hua workload, mental stress aur health issues ek serious problem hain. Unfortunately, hamare society mein sirf government job ko secure aur izzat wala career samjha jata hai, jabke baaki saare professions, especially business, ko failure se compare kiya jata hai.
Business environment mein bureaucracy, corruption aur red tape sabse badi problems hain jo naye business shuru karne walon ke liye barriers ban jaati hain. Government ke taraf se entrepreneurship promote karne ke daaway zyada tar sirf paper tak limited rehte hain, kyunki ground reality mein logon ko har taraf se rukawat ka samna karna padta hai.
Aapki struggle bilkul understandable hai, but zaroori hai ke hum apne liye koi better rasta dhoondhein. Mental health aur work-life balance ko ignore nahi karna chahiye. Agar work pressure bohot zyada badh raha hai toh alternative options explore karna zaroori hai, chahe woh koi different job ho, freelancing ho ya apna koi side business. Humein khud ko aur apni aane wali generations ko yeh sikhana hoga ke is slavery wale system se kaise nikla jaye.
Aapke thoughts bohot important hain, aur umeed hai ke zyada log in issues pe awaaz uthayenge taake society aur government level pe koi positive change aa sake.
