CITY VIOLATION note was left on the door HOME OWNER was given a week to get their LAWN to normal

- When I knocked on this property and no one answered. So i went to talk to the neighbors and from what they said that this house was just bought. They are in a processed of renovation. They had already changed out the windows. The grass was so tall on this property. The city already left the homeowner a city violation note on their door. They were given a week to get their lawn back to normal. So the very next day I went to this property and took care of their front lawn then the next day I took care of the back yard.

You do really good work but I would invest in a better lawn mower that could a much better job for you.
I understand the time it takes to do it on these crazy lawns but it drives me up a wall when other channels don’t do it!! My OCD I guess

❤ the finished job, Cris. Raking up the grass clippings helps the grass below to grow better than leaving the cut grass on top of it. My late dad had a compost heap where he put his. The magpies, blackbirds & other birds loved it as well as 🦔. 😊 memories. My late parents ❤️ gardening 👩🏻🌾. Both in heaven now
Cris, you are one of the few lawn care professionals in the lawn transformation online videos that does everything: trimming trees, edging sidewalks, pick up grass clippings... I am unsuscribing from other channels because most of the others just want to hurry through a yard instead of making the yard look it's best. Your on my subscription list!👍👍👍
Really? I’ve seen a couple of other lawn videos and those people get nothing but fantastic compliments in the great and hard work they did from all the people who see what amazing work they did. None of them are lazy or in a hurry since they mention how many hours they worked on the front and backyard and the side yards because it was so overgrown. These lawn care people all do a great job. 😁😁😁

Very nice work! You know, Cris, if it would bring you more $$$, you could have actually split this property into two videos (one for the front yard, one for the back). I don't know if that would increase the money you get from TH-cam, but I see a lot of others doing that! Granted, as a viewer, it's nice to see the whole yard done at once, but I, for one, would be happy to view two separate videos -- if it's of benefit to you!
I get a lot of complaints about splitting video. Maybe on the winter as the grass goes to dormant

Chris, I'll never understand how people can let their yards get this bad but thank goodness we have people like you to correct it.
I can, I have a tumour in my spinal canal, my husband has cancer. Some are just old and frail. Some people don’t have children who help out. Some people cannot afford to have others take care of it. Thank goodness we still can so we don’t suffer judgement for the state of our yard. You do great work Chris

If you haven't already, you should let the homeowner or the court know you did the yard. Otherwise the court will fine them anyway for being a no-show in court.
It’s not his responsibility. The court can’t fine this homeowner when they go back to see the yard is cleaned up. It’s irresponsible for the homeowner to not take care of their own yard and just leave it that bad looking and if they left it to grow out of hand, they most likely will let it get overgrown again.

Nice work. Those yellow flowers look like Black-eyed Susans. I don't know what Texans think of them, but in Minnesota they're pretty much considered a weed. You see them all over on roadsides and fields.

The grass was shaggy but it is very nice to encourage people working to repair and remodel places. Liked your idea of cutting out extra tall weeds before you started. It changed the look of the home before you even started mowing. You ended up making that a pleasant place, for the surrounding neighbors and neighborhood. Good work. Photos show the proof.
