Ryan's emphasis on value-driven follow-up is spot on. In the world of B2B lead gen, it's crucial to understand that timing is everything - following up within 5 minutes can increase conversion rates by 9 times. Remember, it's not just about speed; it's about striking while the iron is hot with something worthwhile to say.
I have read Selling Serhant and Big Money Energy, and I bought this book and the audio book. Bavo and Congratulations! This book sets everything into motion. Thank You Ryan
Loved this interview Byron because you didn't ask the same boring questions and Ryan is very authentic. Look forward to hearing more of him on your show.
I loved this interview. I had 1700 agents at the peak in our brokerage and no sales manager. We built an incredible machine and hats off to anyone who wants to be a Broker Owner
Great interview Byron! Love Ryan's straight up personality. Definitely a "get what you see" kinda guy. Can't wait to see the content coming from Matt and Eric!
Gosh just finished watching and I love here Ryan talking about the actual intricacies that go into what built his business as a realtor but how it shows in how he runs his brokerage. Nice questions Bryon. This was awesome!!!🔥⛽️
Kinda of light on email follow-up and long on bio and tales of success. might want to rename to “ Ryan serhant talks his biography” I wanted to learn the email strategies and follow up techniques. I think we got about 10 minutes of content.
can someone elaborate on this? I have a ‘No reply’ inbox folder that catches every single email that I send that someone doesn’t respond to every 48 hours…
"I have more folders in my inbox than anyone Microsoft and apple have ever seen" aka "I didn't bother learning technology (opting instead for getting some weak theater training) and don't want to trust other people to help me with it, so I'm going to break someone's system and miss a large chunk of my communication or hire several people to maintain it because I don't want to adapt and use the CRMs that would help me scale way more efficiently". He is so proud and smug when he says that crap but it just shows him acting like a boomer.

"Not being organised is the number 1 reason agents don't succeed..." I couldn't agree more about this and following up reminders are a good takeaway.

What is your favorite crm that integrates automatic follow up emails?
