im SOOO happy that this player submitted another vod, this was one of my favorite original videos!! i literally remember it without having had to rewatch it. i guessed plat 2 because they said they lost a lot of SR due to dc's but they definitely deserved higher so im glad they're in diamond. and i know im in the minority but mercy gameplay is so satisfying to watch, damage boost go bbbbrrrr and its so pleasing
To be clear: Suzu does remove the DPS passive, AND it does bonus healing if you remove it (n.b. the healing bonus you get for cleansing status effects does not stack, it's just a flat 110 HP if you cleansed something, and 80 if you didn't).
I don't believe you get the 110 higher healing from the dps passive. I could be wrong but I thought KarQ had a Mythbusters on that, they just added the dps passive outside of the "status effects" that kiriko got extra healing from.
mercy lucio isn't as bad as people say IF your team understands the assignment and knows how to use cover. If you have a bunch of face tanks... you're gonna have a bad time.
There’s only so long you can hide in cover though, they got lucky this game, but for the most part Mercy Lucio just ain’t it. As a tank player I never want to see it. Same with Mercy LW, Mercy Illari etc. just garbage combos that offer nothing other than healing output that can be negated by 20% as soon as you get shot. Sadly even in high Masters these combos happen all the time and I will just have to afk my brain hoping the dps can do something because guaranteed the enemy have Kiriko Lucio or Kiriko Bap or Brig Ana, and I just don’t get to play the game :)
10:57 It's true. Kiriko does have some great voice lines they are usually perfectly timed. Recently I got the "I'm on fire" voice line, quite literally while Kiriko was on fire because of Ashe dynamite.
i solved the Show the DPS Passive question make the bar itself turn purple when the DPS passive is applied, and when they’re critical, show the cross in purple instead of white. also unrelated but all players should have the same (or something similar) health based vision like supports have. i want to know if im running towards someone w one health & dying soon, or if they are mostly full and maybe joinable.
Yep. Just play Kiri. Easy healing, had one of the most broken abilities in Suzu and a lot more annoying to kill due to tp and wall climbing. Or Moira. Top tier pick, who can win most of the duel, and a lot harder to kill. Basically, you get from fighting an annoying mercy where a little bit of target priority will kill her to fighting a broken hero where you can't kill, and a top tier hero who can kill you 1v1. Great season eh?
Well yeah, but you can and SHOULD play what you want if you're still getting results. Comfort with your main will tend to perform better than swapping to characters you're uncomfortable with.
@personalbudakai9161 ok, play Mercy if you want, but do it on quick play. There is nothing worse than being on a winning streak and getting people like you who can't understand we are trying to maximize our winning chances by playing the best characters. Mercy widowmaker Hanzo junkrat, all you players need to stick to quick play.

I have submitted to enough a few times now with gameplay that I really think I could get help from commentary on but I never get chosen :( my username for the latest sub was mauvegnoll, but I’d honestly submit my videos to any TH-cam at this point lol
I don't know any youtubers (Emongg's the only non-mercy player I watch), but you can post your vods on some Overwatch subreddits for other players to review! It may not be as great as a YTer, but it's something to consider as a backup plan. ( ＾▽＾)

@@nixsnowsong6732 The wiki lists it as an effect that gives the extra healing. Of course the wiki could be wrong, but it usually isn't.
