You really make a good interviewer Chuck! Interviewing regular folk who went vegan is such a good idea. It shows the world that vegans are just regular people - who are concerned about their health, animals and the environment. You could also interview local vegan heroes (restaurants, food suppliers, vegan shoe makers, cheese makers etc. Be cool see these types of businesses grow.

Thank you both ❤❤ 😊 I can totally relate to people assuming you are militant if you now eat a whole food plant based/ vegan diet. I would not try to force anyone to eat my way or judge them but I’m willing to share what I’ve learned if they want to know. Also, my favorite food used to be Tex-Mex / cheese enchiladas…😂 I’ve tried to make my own healthy version but it’s never the same. However, there’s no way I would want all that salty, fatty , hormonal stuff in my mouth and body now. Thanks again and take care.

Instead of Bernie Sanders fighting for affordable prescriptions, all of us should be helping to illuminate the whole-foods way of eating. So utterly sad that America is in this state of medical and mental decline. We are literally destroying ourselves. BNV, I appreciate your much needed efforts.

You are never too old to help others Chuck! There are many older adults who appreciate you leaping into the blogger space! Thanks for what you do as a "real" person. I started eating this way in July of 2017 after watching "Forks over knives" and "what the health"! I was blown away by the truth and angry that I was never informed of the health benefits of eating plants exclusively and especially whole plant foods! I went through nursing school to become an RN and was NEVER given this information. You are doing a great service by encouraging and inspiring other "regular" people to eat plants! Thank you as well Tina for sharing your journey!

I’m in the exact same place she was. I’m 53 yrs old, Have HBP (on meds) , pre diabetes, high cholesterol, fatty liver, obese(BMI=35) struggle w/ food addiction and I’m trying to transition to WFPB. I’m a nutritionist and know what I need to eat & do but it’s still such a challenge. Wish me luck.
