Is normal hair dryer enough to heat the adhesive? After removing, should I put on any specific glue or something to hold it together ? I only have the micro screwdriver set and hair dryer . Can I do it myself ?

Thank you for this guide. Removing the old adhesive took me a loooong time to get done with rubbing alcohol and a rag, do you have any tips for next time? I tried acetone but that just made the glue even more go-ey.
You mean to remove the back cover? if it is back cover, then needs some more heating

Hey, I inserted the new battery and made sure it's connected. When I charge my phone, it vibrates and there is a circle with a red lightning bolt flashing for a period of a second. Then it turns black and irresponsible. Is that due to a very empty battery that needs some time to boot (if it is even able to charge, is it broken?) or what else can be the issue? When I insert the old battery again, the phone works and charges normally.
Hello, I changed to a Oneplus 7t pro Mclaren a few minutes ago and it works the same, 2 seconds and it turns off, did you manage to solve it?
Due the official store is not supporting anymore 1+ 7 service, Any of you guys knows if exist the cahnce to replace the battery by a more capability one? it's just an crazy idea, maybe there are tons of problems using a different one.

Where can i get genuine battery for oneplus 7.... because oneplus care don't sell it and for just battery replacement they want me to submit phone for 5 days....🙄 For just 15 min work so i wanted to buy genuine battery and will replace it from outside...
@@piyushpatel3794 I bought it from some random site where I live. And I don't think that it was a genuine oneplus battery. Just try to make sure you get the right battery for your model, they all look the same.
You'll find it somewhere if you just keep looking.
