You've earned a lot of respect making sure the prep work is done right, even if it means it's gonna be a major pain. There's no substitute for doing what's right. Looking forward to seeing the rest of this project.
Yeah always got to do it right 👍
Dave, if you're reading these comments, your best job seems to have been raising these two fine men.
I read and respond to everything. Yes I was just thinking that too.
The real leagacy.
Big job guys, Looking forward to seeing the rest getting done.
Yeah it’s a beauty
I have no idea why I am so addicted to this channel.
Me either, but it's fun
Take care of your lower back, I've had two lower back operations, pain killers work but are addictive, so for some pain relief I use Panadol ibuprofen and marijuana.. 👍✨ cheers look after yourself and your crew .
Me either. I really like watching there videos. And I'm doing construction every day, but there videos kinda relaxes me.
@@paulbridgers3820 you know,I think that is what it does for me too.
You're not alone.. I'm a residential and commercial roofing contractor and watch these videos all the time
Can't wait to see more of this project. It is going to be a great addition to the property and make it a great outdoor space to hang in. Homeowner made the right call.
I concur
TY
Love seeing the backyard makeovers!
It's brutal, but beautiful
Wow! This is a big project with lots of issues to be resolved. I love how y’all discuss with client up front and plan accordingly. I’m looking forward to next video! Y’all are the greatest!❤❤❤
I lived in San Diego 20 years ago and I had forgotten about the insanely narrow side "yards" in SoCal. That's some tight work to demo that.
The hardest place to do flat work
Kudos, Martin!!!💪💪💪💪💪❤❤❤❤❤
Great job so far. I enjoy watching the demo.
Glad to hear it!
can't wait, thanks for the video
You bet!
Nice job as usual. It's great to see you and your brother working together. Proverbs 17:17. I'm glad you all are doing well.
Me too
TY
that was very nice of the homeowner to give you all that lol
W customer
You got that right!
49er fans should be forced to pay double.
You sound like a great leader 👍🏻
😂😂
Dang I would have snatched that shed up immediately. That's like $1000.
Bingo
That's a big job, gonna be a great project.
Yes
TY
Nice Job !
Thank you! Cheers!
Wow looks like some shoddy work was done on that house. Well keep up the good work.
I concur
👍👍
that is a hard work. Got 3 lower back discs herniated on yrs of plumbing. I have some days on concrete work too so I can say... IT is a hard work, not for big guys for sure. Thx for the video... I miss working so much!
I hear that
I feel like I found the coins as well! Well it was a penny today!😅
Good job and thank you for the video!!👍
YW
TY
Great job crew 👏👍
21:00 Tyler's a pro!
The dollar coin's worth well...a dollar. That series of president coins came out in the mid 2000s. You can collect them all.
PS- how much does Caesar charge for coring the curbs? 🤔
100
TY
@@OdellCompleteConcrete woah that's a good deal! 👍
That Zachary Taylor coin is $13.99 brand new @ Walmart or $3.11 on the used market. The Eisenhower Dollars clearly has a S mint mark making it worth about $5 in good condition..
Awesome
TY
Yeah brand new….??? Not from 1850
Bot get it appraised could be worth thousands
Realtor friend from Ohio said many old homes in northeast states have stashes of old paper money and coins inside their interior walls from the depression. (interior walls are hollow and not insulated) Gold and silver inserted in hole between two studs then another hole on bottom to remove them. They plastered and painted over holes to be invisible to theives. They also hid them due to the 1933 gold act
I need to start interior home remodeling
Presidential Dollar date is on edge with other writing..👍
TY
Second 👍
Sweet video 👍
Hi Drum
Thanks 👍
Every concrete or tile job I've done here in Tampa Bay has been on 'Florida Soil'. It has no structural integrity AT ALL.
Watching that Skid-Steer level out the dirt there almost made me cry!
Sounds like sand?
Bummer
Your bro's hair needs its own channel
For sure
Block walls must be a west coast thing.
Yes
That work must've cost as much as the house! All worth it though.
Not sure about that at 1.75 million
@@OdellCompleteConcrete Good on you!

Can't beat some free tools, if the homeowner is just going to throw them out then better if you guys get some use out of them even if it's not long term
Can't beat free
I'm the same way. Why hold on to something when someone else can use it?
@@lupelicious822more effort than it is worth to get it to a new owner.
Did I understand right that you only used 5 low-boys for the concrete demo? I would have guessed at least 7-8.
Thanks!
Yes but we really crowned them
O'Dell all these beautiful moments and I am your content. Can I get my small sized O'Dell shirt for the sake of looking good in it and having the walking billboard so that Christophet Bryant Co , Carolina Floors and now Stanko ooo my bad , RyanCo can have visual effects while I brag on O'Dell and then talk about how much more efficient. All cept Chris Bryant has been very good and the work always speaks . . So I am still all these years asking for a shirt. Please let me know what would tackle me so much If had a tail I would shake it.
Send me your mailing address.
Coins value as low as $13 for a 2009. $1000 to $2000 for the older ones. Might have to give that back to the owner.
Wow jackpot
The date is around the rim...
Good point.
TY
This is probably the most depressing backyard ever 😂😂
I concur
How much you charge for this gig
20000
Thought you fired that one guy.
So this HO is willing to pay for a new fence all around his property rather than just the extra couple of courses to add to the top of the existing wall because he doesn’t want to ask his neighbors to go halves? Just pay for it alone. I’m pretty damn sure they’re not going to say no to free work and more privacy for themselves. Definitely cheaper than a whole new fence as well.
Stucco and vinyl topper
@@OdellCompleteConcrete Just doing a vinyl topper? That’s different. Thought I saw a whole new fence in the picture.
Can you send me the number for the guy that bored the drain holes out?
He's a Stud
Could have stuccoed over the block walls, then good privacy plantings in a smaller block wall planter 🤔
How about stucco and vinyl topper?
Nah, the vinyl would clash with the stucco on appearance. It would look last minute unthought diy. You guys did the right thing..fences should be 1 material wood, metal, concrete or vinyl..or brick/stone column wrought iron type is good too. But plastic and concrete together looks cheap.@@OdellCompleteConcrete
