It seems to be a good option being that I paid $20 and some change to see John Wick 4 earlier and I just ended up getting the subscription for only roughly $2-$3 more.
I went to see 'Someone like you' and when I got there with my date I found that because its produced by a subsidiary of Regal called Fathom they don't allow program members to enter without buying another full price ticket.
@@djflakoelmonstruo9908can I buy one month at a time with cash? Or is the payment made on a credit card, autopay? I’d consider doing this if I can pay month to month. I found this enormously helpful, you answered all my questions as well as gave me a few new ideas on how to get my moneys worth when going to the theater. I liked and subscribed you and I’ll be seeing you at the movies.
I just subscribed I’m just a little confused on how I actually purchase the tickets because when I go to checkout it shows the full movie price? Thanks I’m advance

My husband and I are thinking of switching from AMC A-List to this? We try to see a movie at least once a week and AMC has been great for that, but the AMC theater closest to us has just fallen into disrepair over the years, and the regal was much nicer. Do you think it’s worth it to make the switch?
So if I go to Regal Cinemas here where I live. Movie tickets are $16.49 a ticket. So if you're seeing more than one movie a month, that's worth it, I think. Now, if we travel to see a movie at the Athena grand which is 45 minutes away from my house. Way better movie theater experience Tickets there are $5.00 Before popcorn for the movie, it is like $12 with the popcorn and the movie Ticket. that's family size popcorn and a Drink. But I have to travel 45 minutes.
100% it's worth it .. I think my family averaged something like $3/movie one month. And the 10% concessions are nice. Note: we don't really care about premium seats.
Hey! Question, Let’s say I’m taking my partner to the movies every time I go, does the unlimited only cover for me? I’m confused on that. Or would they have to pay for their ticket or get the unlimited also? Like how does it work ?
Unfortunately the Unlimited only covers you. Anyone else would have to pay full price for their own ticket If someone is coming with you every time you go, then it may be worth it for them to get the Unlimited pass as well
@Asap_Tobyy I have regal unlimited and I’m sure you saw this video. What makes AMC stubs better ? Like do I have to pay for the iMax and 3D formats. I guess I’m asking for the AMC>Regal since this is my first time having a movie subscription, thanks
Was thinking of getting this in addition to AMC A list but decided not to because of the extra surcharge on 4DX and ScreenX which would be the only reason for me to go to a Regal cinema. It's nice that they don't limit your weekly screenings, but honestly seeing up to 12 movies a month with A List is more than enough. I would consider 4DX and ScreenX to be just a nice perk for seeing certain movies like Dune or Twisters that are really made for the format, or to watch some of my favorites again in a different environment. Moviepass 2.0 could have been a good option but all their tiers don't include premium screenings. So many of my local theaters have been bought out by AMC making it an even better value. Just about every new release, including indie and foreign films, is playing at an AMC somewhere. However, for the people who don't live by an AMC, Regal Unlimited is still the next best thing.
Regal unlimited is false advertising, I still have to pay full price for a movie ticket even though I have it . I literally just got it for nothing . What’s the point of having it ?
If you’re having that issue I’d reach out to their customer support. I’ve never had any issues like that and I can assure you it’s not false advertising
@@thenerdiestpodcast for sure , I will definitely hit them up . The people at the box office did recommend booking the ticket in person though. Because I saw that Dracula movie that came out recently the last voyage of the D something
In 3-1/2 months this year I've seen 25 movies. That'd be about $375 and I've paid $57.
Get the 3 month pass and then watch all the movies. Just gotta strategically plan when the movies release in a 3 month span.
Absolutely!
I go once a week with my wife so basically i get my money worth
You still have to pay for the 4dx seats ?

You get a discount on 4DX and all other premium screens. The only thing you don't get a discount on is fathom events.

Yeah it’s definitely a good deal if you go see multiple movies per month
@@thenerdiestpodcast I agree. Along with 10% off concession orders, it helps in the long run
Absolutely. I’ve saved quite a bit since I’ve had the pass for a couple years now

I have it and I like it. I try to see a minimum of two movies a month so I can get my moneys worth.
Same here! Having the pass also gets me to go see movies I wouldn’t normally see since they’re not $12 a ticket 😂
Can you bring someone with you
Nope. The pass only works for your person, not a friend/family member, etc.
I love it i see a movie once a week so i get my money worth basically i get 2 free movies

I remember when movie tickets would cost less than a soul
Me and my fiancée go to the movies almost once a week so we are thinking of getting it. Instead of paying 20-30
A week
That’ll definitely save you some serious cash if you go that often!
We go twice a week normally. Totally worth it. Plus it's convenient the way you book tickets.
Is there a way to bring someone to the movies for a discounted price if you have unlimited but they don’t ?

Amc is better cause of the premium perks
Does the pass cover the 4dx screen?
I believe so. If it doesn’t cover the entire ticket it’ll definitely knock the price down a good bit
Amc A list is much better n don’t have to pay extra for imax
