    1. Make sure you have very strong ties to your home country
    2. Make sure you have enough money in your bank account to cover expenses of your trip
    3. Make sure to have documentation to prove the reason you're coming
    4. Be prepared to explain relationships with people in U.S.
    5. Be careful with the information that’s on your phone since customs could search it

I was refused to get b1 b2 visa by consular officers in 1.5 minutes Last friday eventhough I had all supporting documents, he didnt even give me a time to talk, as soon as the officer saw me he started to type on computer and later he gave me a paper and passport..,
eventhough applicant non eligible to get visa, usa consulate embassy officers should respect the applicant by speaking for atleast 10 minutes for collected non refundable visa fees..
They should talk to the applicant atleast for 160$ otherwise money should be refunded.
They must explain to the applicants why we refused.
Officers need not to be psychologist to find whether the applicant real or fake, they can read their mind by talking to them 5 to 10 mins..
Decision making in 2 to 3 mins results real people gets refusal and the fake people gets visa..

How will they know you have all these ties when they don't even ask you questions relating to home ties?
The consular that interviewed me only asked what I do for a living, what I am going to do in US and where she lives and then she denied it, it was the most annoying experience.

You sir, are VERY handsome!!! I have gone through the immigration process with my ex Indian husband! Immigration is no JOKE!!! It is a process I never want to go through again, but I may have to. All of the men I meet where I am are drug addicts, drunks, losers with no jobs and mentally ill! Wish me blessings and luck!
I am running into men from a certain country who want to get married.....and they have NO idea about the immigration process. For example, when I tell them about the expense of the process they say, "when I get there I will work." They have no idea about the spousal support income requirements!! This all makes me want to just stay single forever!!!!

    Hi Michael,
Thanks for great and informative videos. I am getting different respose from attorneys on whether a US permanent resident who resides in California can apply for US citizenship with an expired green card. Would like to have your advice on that. Thank you

    • @bah-diallosias3499
      @bah-diallosias3499 3 ปีที่แล้ว

A Green Card is merely to prove your US status, even after your Green Card expired you are still a Legal Permanent Resident in the United States. So based on that people decide to apply for their US citizenship and await for an answer from USCIS. Good luck

Does a visa denial have anything to do with the people living in USA. My sister visa was always approved up till 2019..since then she got rejected 3 times. Does this have anything to do with us in the USA or is this all on the applicant?

    Hi, Michael!
Thank you for making this informative video! I like the simplicity and accuracy, direct answers, suggestions you give.
    I have a question:
I have been using ESTA to come visit my friends in the US. At the begining of the year i went there for nearly 3 months. Now i am back in my residence country and i am planing to go again for nearly 3 month at the end of the year. Am I allowed to do that? Is that consider as a misuse of ESTA even if i spend 4 and a half months in my residence country between the visits? Would CBP officer deny my entry because i come that often and that i stay for maximum allowed days of ESTA? is there a need to switch from ESTA to B1\B2 visa? What is considered as a misuse of ESTA?
I would highly appreciate your reply!

Is it feasible that an officer could grant a visa to a candidate even though they truly believe they won't return to their native country? It may depend on a number of factors, including whether an officer likes an applicant based on his responses and any additional factors.

What if the Visa officers haven't watched your documents of your ties to your country? And being retired getting pensions?

    Hey there, Michael!
Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I've been watching your videos. I must say, your advice has been incredibly helpful to me. So, I wanted to reach out and seek your guidance on a matter.
I have an upcoming interview scheduled for October 20, 2023, and I'm a bit worried about my English skills. You see, I'm applying for a B1/B2 tourist visa to attend a fundraising event. To be completely honest with you, I have family ties in the US, as my father and sister filed an i130 petition for me five years ago, which I'm still waiting on.
Now, my question is, should I disclose this information to the interviewer during the visa interview? And more importantly, what suggestions or tips do you have for me to increase my chances of getting the visa?
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my message. I really appreciate your expertise and guidance on this matter. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
    Best regards

    Hi Michael,
I have a question. If I am planing to apply for a E-2 visa and need to visit the USA for some arrangements, i.e. to register the company, to get the registration number of the company, to open an account of the company, to choose and buy some assets, and other. Can I get a B1 visa on this reason?
