The amount of detail and craftsmanship that goes into this is amazing. I have a small bakery business and I have customers who want to spend $100 on a car cake that takes 2 days to make. I will tell them to watch this video and get back to me.
Rebel Lucy .....i made a replica CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG car from sugarpaste and spent around 80 hours making it......it was used for a window display at christmas to celebrate chitty bang bang 50th anniversary - model was 10 inches long........this week im making an aston martin db5 model as a cake topper - approx 4 inches long

You will not face any problem when you glue them.

@@Yenersway Thank you so much! I wanted to make sure because of how thick the tires are but you said you did a mixture of pastiage and gum paste, so just checking to see if 24 hours would do it!

Chef, you mentioned in the video that you mix 1:1 of pastillage and gum paste, the gum paste you meant is fondant?
It is not but you can do that.

You tube u seyrederken ekran altindaki "cc" kismina tiklayin, daha sonra hemen sagindaki setting e "*" tiklayin. Acilan listeden "Subtitles " kelimesine tiklayin. Yine yeni acilan listede " auto translate " e tiklayin ve listeden Turkish dahil istediginiz bir baska lisani secebilirsiniz. Benim ingilizcem o kadar iyi olmadigi icin tercumede biraz tuhafliklar olabilir fakat yine de hic yoktan iyidir ve videoyuda ayni anda seyrettiginiz icin anlasilabilirSevgiler.
