Eurmax USA 10x10 EZ Pop-Up Canopy Tent Unboxing & Set Up

I purchased a Eurmax USA 10x10 EZ Pop-Up Canopy Tent and did an unboxing and set up. This is a commercial grade canopy/tent with four removable zipper end side walls and a roller bag carry case. Great video, very helpful. Would you mind giving the exact model so I can look for it? These companies all name their tents almost identically but then I will see one that says "commercial grade" with the same generic name that the non-commercial grade tent has. The exact model I bought: go to Amazon. Type in the title of this video. Look for the thumbnail that has 3 sides. Price is listed at $248.86.
I also bought the protection plan just because.

Complain. Get your money back or exchange for a new one. It’s been a good setup for me. I’m sure I’ll get a few more years out of mine. Good luck.
