How do you hang the one gallon milk jugs to use the guidelines from the canopy to tie them off or the post do you get them all the way to the ground Can you explain
While i respect your opinion about this canopy im here to tell you that i would not expect it to survive a freak wind storm as i found out the hard way. We we up at Lake Cle Elum in Washington State a few yrs back camping along the shorline. Our camp kitchen was covered by our heavy duty canopy with the legs staked and guy lines staked tight as well. A freak wind came down that valley and twisted our canopy like a pretzel. The lesson here is canopies are not designed for high winds no matter they cost $100 or $1000 So if the wind kicks up its probably a good idea to quickly take it down or risk losing your investment. Hey light rain, light breeze or just the hot sun this type of canopy is great, just be aware of their limitations. Your ribs looked amazing by the way.

I live under one of the cheap ones. I used silicone and odorless mineral spirits to waterproof it. That canopy looks like a really well built item.

yep, the vent on the top serves not only as a heat escape but also a wind escape. In high winds you'll want to stake it down plus some.
