    It's difficult i don't understand why teleperformance required such test for customer support process.this looks like an entrance exam for engineering and mathematics.

    All you need to do is square the number in the lower left small triangle (15^2 = 225) and add the number in the top small triangle (8) to get 233. Adding the number in the top triangle to the lower left one adds adds nothing to finding the missing number, and in the second big triangle the top and middle numbers don't even add up to the number in the lower left corner.

    A more interesting puzzle would have been to make the center number of the second triangle “3”. This would give you an alternative path to the solution, with a logical algorithm as well as an interesting visual pattern (top row being 2,4,6,8; center row being 1,3,5,7; last left corner row being 3,7,11,15. ) in this way the puzzle would be much more distracting 😂

    This test is not for customer service. I never had to take a customer service test ever in my life. They are asking you to buy a product to help you pass an exam. Sounds like a marketing technique to sell products that are not useful in communication skills of solving customer issues.

    For the shape questions on minute 13, it’s easier to follow the + shape. I guest because it has the same pattern.

      The first one is on under right, next is upper left, then it’s under right again, so the next will be upper left again

    For the triangle puzzle, this clown gave the incorrect answer. The real answer is squaring the bottom left number, then adding the top number, that’s it, no need to touch the number in the center at all. His answer doesn’t work for the second triangle
