    I just finished this and posted it to Facebook accountability group! I’m a 65 year old bodybuilding competitor! I’m so blessed to be able to do this! I have a old fracture of the lower back 40 plus years! I love the challenge!

    I'm sweating as if this was a cardio session! The flow of this workout helped me get through a 2 minute session. Knowing it's only 30 seconds until the next variation helped me work through the tough parts. I'm always amazed and appreciate the creativity of each of our workouts. Power on Girvanators!       Me too Rhonda! I was sweating like crazy haha! We were definitely working really hard today. I agree with you..knowing it was only 30 sec each set kept me pushing through the hard parts too. What a brillant workout. It was soo tough and I loved it because of that. Nice job today. See you tomorrow!

    This was brilliant, Caroline! The variety made the time go by quickly---it didn't feel like we were doing giant sets. My quads were quivering after that finisher! Have a great day everyone! You can do this!

    My leg started shaking for the first time ever, doing the staggered RDLs. Looked up and so was Caroline's. Made me feel a lot better!!

    Well a title like “Next Level” I have to agree with! This certainly didn’t disappoint… the 30 second rest felt so much shorter as time went on. My legs were shaking by the time we got to RDL’s 🤣 The finisher was hard because my legs were already finished by this point!! Thank you Caroline for such an amazing workout once again 🤩🤩🤩 Have a lovely day everyone!

      Hi Sharon...yes you are so right about the rest period! It just felt like it was getting shorter! I did the add on afterwards which was the same format but only a 20 sec rest period but all bodyweight! At first bodyweight made it feel easier...but after a while the rest periods felt really short! I enjoyed my workouts this morning! Hope you have a lovely day! Matthew

      I agree with the title too Sharon!! This workout was amazing..and soo tough!! The rest period really did just fly by!! My legs were shaking throughout most of the workout. I loved it!😆 My legs were finished before the finisher too. But was able to hold and and get through the 100 reps 👊🏻! What an amazing feeling to finish today😁. I hope you have a great day Sharon.     Terrific session! My second round of ENDGAME, and I was so happy at the end! I completed 100 goblet squats with 15kg! Such an achievement for me. I feel stronger than ever. Thanks, Caroline!

    I was doing continuous Elvis moves through some of that!. Boy was that challenging but I really enjoyed it ( not one Bulgarian lunges to be seen😃) the finisher literally finished me off! Now I have to try and get upstairs. Thank you Caroline!! By far the toughest series so far ❤️❤️

    Hi Caroline...hi everyone...this was a brilliant, solid lower body session! Loved the giant sets which were superbly planned to add lots of variety! I used 12.5 kg weights then 2x8 kg for the finisher...I just felt it was more comfortable with two weights! I just loved the add on today...great to put down the weights and do some more giant sets just with bodyweight! Have a great day everyone! Matthew

    Definitely NEXT LEVEL! Heart rate was high and so much sweat!!! Lower body torcher for sure. No add-on for me today. That was plenty!! Just a walk after work! Great session

    Another day and one step closer to my goal ! I dropped the weights at 50 during the finisher. I started feeling a little sick from the continous movement. Slowly and steadily I reached 100 bdy wt only . These finishers give an amazing boost at the end ! Thanks Caroline !

    I enjoyed the fluidity of movements during each giant set. My legs were tired but strong. During the finisher I did 25lbs. for first 40 reps and 30 lbs for the remaining 60. Loved how quickly the workout progressed.

    It was hard for me today to get motivated. I was tired, felt a little Ill, but about 8pm, I said forget it, I have to do it today and did. haven't missed a day yet of Endgames! This is is most committed I've been to anything fitness... EVER! Thanks Caroline!

    It's Cold & 🌧️ yet I'm still soaked with Sweat 😆. It was Demanding alright. Brilliant Giant sets. When it came to B/W exercises burn got so intense. Holds were Killer 🥵🔥. Finisher did its job..my Legs were Done. Solid LowerBody Sesh!

I did the finisher with 2 x 8 kg weights and didn’t take any breaks...interestingly I finished at exactly the same time as Caroline! Like you I did the bodyweight add on for an Astra little burn!     A solid session today. My lower body was shaking and it was tough. The 2x15kg Dumbbells felt heavier today and my arms and core felt them too. The finisher was on a different level today. I was dripping with sweat and my heart rate was up there. It felt like cardio. What a great workout. I realise that the workouts are getting challenging and tougher each week. Having said that, I enjoy tackling them. I always feel great afterwards. 💥💥💖

    🥵🤩🥵🤩! I definitely Leveled Up after this one🌟!! My legs were quivering basically the entire time🥴!! That was a seriously tough workout but I loved it. I really had to just get in the zone, continue to push and dig deep. I loved all the variations with tempo, weights, the holds and the giant set format. The music was perfect too. It kept me going..and singing along😆. My favorites were the RDL, lunge and rear step lunge giant sets. That finisher was KILLER!! But I stuck with it and finished in my own time but it left me completely out of breath so many times during🥵. Definitely a workout to be proud of when finished👊🏻!! Feeling tired but amazing. It really was "Next Level". Thanks for another brilliant workout Caroline! I'll be feeling this workout for awhile🤩. See you tomorrow!!

    This was a killer session! I loved it! Even though I was so tired and had only 3 hours of sleep, I completed it using 2x 25lbs and ended up doing the add on workout! Feeling great and strong! Thanks Caroline! 🙏⚘️❤

    Morning everyone...I’m glad it’s lower body today after yesterday’s brilliant intense shoulder session! But today’s giant sets look tough...but I love the way they are broken down!       Morning Matthew, this was definitely next level. Lots of challenge, fiery and fun. Used 15kg X 2 throughout and for finisher I decided 20kg😱😱 I intended 50 but ended up doing 100 with it as my legs were screaming at me. Then decided to go on do 20 lower body calisthenics and would have loved it if I wasn't dying😜 finished it always. Tough but brilliant 💪🔥

      I don't know how long your smile lasted for as mine went on the first giant set😱😱 it was so challenging, fiery and so much fun. Loved it. Finisher was tough but I decided to do it with 20kg dumbbell and legs were screaming. Went on to do add on too 20 min lower body calisthenics and now I can't feel lower body....ouch😜😜

The Christmas callesthenincs is great and definitely a killer blow after this workout. I'm thinking the smile might be like yours and disappear pretty quick to be replaced by more of grimace??😂😂🥴.

    Smashing workout!!! I used my 10kgs and a 10kg backpack throughout and I felt it pretty good!!! And for the finisher one 10kg and my backpack and I stopped twice, once at 50 reps and the second at 75 reps but I got so sweaty that the dumbell was slipping from my arms😁 Well done to everyone who did it👍

    There are days you’re just not feeling like working out and that was my case yesterday ! But I did the shoulder workout anyway and I felt so good. The hardest part is to get started 💪🏼
    Today I feel refreshed, I slept well and I’m ready for this demanding session ! 👊🏼

    Upper arms and shoulders are sore from yesterday's session 👍 this session was oh challenging. Slow paced but sweaty, lots of deep breathing required🥵😁my finisher was with 10kg non stop steady pace , I decided to see how far I can go without stops and with good form- I did it! Sweat was running down my face and quads and glutes and upper back too (I guess because of holding the dumbell) was on fire!!! Amazing solid workout, next level indeed, thank you Caroline 💎👍have a great workout everyone, you can do this!

    Definitely a leg shaking workout and don’t get me started on the add on because that second set of elevated leaning lunges I had to stop and readjust due to the shakes but kept all my reps intact. My legs and glutes are shaking 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Thank you Caroline for today’s session

    holyyyy cow it’s crazy how strong I’m getting in this program! I fully expected to have to drop to body weight during those final 100 squats but I was able to hold a dumbbell the entire time! i remember when earlier in this program 100 body weight squats felt impossible - look at us now 💪🏻 THANK YOU

      Well done Peach. Be prepared for sore shoulders tomorrow as I can feel stiff today and usually gets worse as day goes on. Be prepared for lower body tomorrow. It is so tough but so fun. Lots of variety. You will smash it😃

      This was definitely next level. Phew! What a brilliant session but so bloody tough. I enjoyed the challenge of this so much full of variety and fun. For that finisher I actually used 20kg throughout it. Intended doing the first 50 with 20kg then drop to 15 for next 50 but I was so 🔥🔥🔥at that stage I tried keep going finisher just one behind Caroline. Hope you enjoyed too. I'll have one of those double espresso's too Tony 😜😜

    Torched! 🔥🔥🔥 Thank you so much, Caroline! ♥️ My legs appreciated the workout! 👊🏻😄 I'm super lovin' giant sets and I was happy to see the bodyweight exercises but (as always) that wasn't easier. 😆 That finisher pushed me beyond my limits but I felt sooo so good at the end! Deliciously tough! 👌🏻🤩 I made it to 40 without taking a break ... the rest had to be done in sets of 20/20/10/10. 🥵 Did the recommended add-on straight afterwards and finished off with a 15 min leg & booty stretch.

    Absolutely loved it!! My favourite round was the rear step round, the burn on the body weight hand touch was unreal 🔥 Said it loads but loving Endgame so much and 22 months on, still as pumped for each new day. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I am super sweaty 😓 after this. Legs worked well today. Great giant set combo's. Loved every minute. ♥️ I only managed 10 reps with 10kg on the finishers and then bodyweight all the way. Couldn't risk any knee Injuries but I felt the 🔥 nevertheless. Thanks Caroline, another one added to my favs. 👍

    For my finisher, I put my 35lbs dumbbell on my upper back below my neck. Made it more manageable than holding it as a goblet but my heart rate still shot thru the the roof. Next level indeed Caroline.
