I could really practice the sumo deadlifts today! And the finisher was a real burner! I couldn't face today's add-on and did the 20 min Christmas calisthenics one, which was perfect to finish off this session. And the flowers today are exceptionally beautiful. Thank you Caroline! ❤

Learnt the importance of Glute exercises from CG workouts. So I always look forward to it. Ready for a Solid Glutes & Hammies sesh. Let's DO this!👊 Done ✔️. Glutes and Hammies were on 🔥. Brilliant Staples. Toughest was the Finisher..burn was unreal and was shaking. Took a few seconds to move to the mat for cool down because of my bum 😆. Feels So Good! Great sweaty workout! It was Def solid Trish. Hope you were grimacing too much 😱😱 I sure was but feel great now. Add on done too. Glute isolation with ankle weights would recommend doing at some stage if not this morning. Used 2.3kg for first time and was stronger than I thought so delighted. A great days work done✅

Loved this today. It’s amazing how difficult leg exercises target different muscles! Loved the minute being split for a lot of the exercises. Makes time goes by very quickly. Enjoy! I certainly did!

Hiiii Caroline and everyone. Thanks Caroline for this awesome workout. I didn't have my glute bands with me. To make the workout more challenging, I used 50kg barbell for the hip thrusts. It was killer. And that finisher was truly epic. I enjoyed this tremendously. And I'm so much stronger thanks to your workouts. I could never imagine myself doing the things I do now a couple of years ago. Thanks again.
Honestly, so happy to be done with this routine! I would almost do anything else besides sumo deadlifts squats 🤣 but I did it and it’s finished! Not every workout can be your favorite, but it doesn’t have to be your favorite to be effective! Thanks for the burn Caroline! Good luck everyone and good job!
After a long day at work this is exactly what I need in my evening. Something to look forward for throughout the day and keep me motivated. This was such a fun glute session! Those cluster sets were 🔥🔥 🔥. This is one of those workouts where we get to realize how much stronger we've become. A year ago I would have struggled through these moves holding 5lbs in each hand. Now, I can squat and lunge half my bodyweight worth of dumbbells. After finishing the Iron Series for the third time (my absolute favorite Caroline series out of them all) I came back to this for my glute day. Sumo deadlifts are definitely not my favorite but I have certainly improved my lift since endgame! Even the 1/2 rep sets were a lot smoother and felt more natural (still tough though 😢). Just perfect. When we did the upper cluster sets, I thought I'd love a lower body one and here we are. My favourite type of lower body workout, plenty of thrusts with some squats and lunges thrown in for those who aren't so keen. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got a new mini barbell. Loaded with 50kg. Did all the heavy complex moves with it this week but Im really looking forward to using it for glute day hip thrusts.

Today I had enough time for me so I did the add, another little triset, and some yoga very good to get some relief after lifting heavy weights. Wow, that was powerful 🤯 Used 39kg barbell for hip thrusts, 26 kg dumbbell for the staple, and 15kgs for the deadlifts and lunges. Had to pause several times, but did it 💪🏼🥳🔥 Well deserved rest day tomorrow I think 😅

Almost 2 years working out with Caroline! I’ve had many workouts that were so challenging, this one was great and my weights weren’t so far off from Caroline’s. Also I had great form and felt really strong and energized.
Doing this on a Monday...which is normally the day we find the hardest to want to get a workout in. But, we've been pretty consistent and pushed through today. Feels great!
I think i really needed this. I havent pushed myself since 2 weeks. Chose this glutes and hamstring workout to add on the weight and challenge myself further . Thanks Caroline ! ❤💪

J'ai cherché sur le net les "elevated lunges" mais j'ai trouvé plusieurs exercices, y compris les Bulgarian lunges, sous ce terme...J'ai aussi trouvé des "RDL lunges" qui m'ont l'air d'être un exercice intéressant pour les ischios ( hamstrings). I LOVE glute day sooo much that this workout absolutely flew by! But by the time I got half-way through the optional glute add-on, I was talking to my glute muscles out loud---telling them, "you can do this, you got this!" OMG!!!
I love the triset and I really loved the cluster sets of the upper body.... I couldn’t wait to do it again!!!... So I’m super excited about this glutes/hamstrings workout.... it looks perfect for an intense burning! I will give 100% and maximum concentration on the correct execution of the exercise as you teach us every day, especially when it comes to glutes and that band😉!

Confession Time: I tore my hammie on a Mud Run a few years ago. It's never been the same. I also can't find anything at the right height so I always sub out glute bridges for hip thrusters. THIS was a great hammie work out!!! THANKS!!!!!

WOW this was AMAZING! I loved the repetition on those squats and hip thrusts. I had to give my quads a break after Mondays workout so swapped my active rest day and this workout and thank goodness I did. Your workouts make me excited to workout! So glad to have found you. Caroline, your glute workouts have really grown on me (pun here? !!) over the past couple of weeks, as have your legs (love quads and calves especially) and the upper body of course has always been something I love. I am loving your mixed training styles all in the one week - circuits, one minutes, clusters, standard three sets types etc ... it just makes the workouts so interesting! I looked up today when and noticed we had the same facial expressions in that finisher!!! I really was focussing on those glutes and hammies today and they were screaming at me! Some glute and hammy stretching in order soon! Thank you for everything that you do :)
Wow!The staple rdl,s and those lunges were fiery! I love the structure of this workout. The shorter work period allowed for greater mind to muscle connection. I actually went from 35 lb to 50 lb for the sumo squats. I also did 50 lb for the last set of hip thrusts. This is a huge improvement for me. I will be revisiting this workout❤

Done! I used a 25kg barbell for the hip thrusts and first staple and two 15kg dumbbells for the RDLs and lunges. For the later staples I decided to switch to a 20kg dumbbell as it was more comfortable for me. I decided to go for a medium glute band so I could spread my legs a bit wider and target my glutes more effectively (with the heavy band I feel it a lot in my quads). As of today I have just two workouts to go... I'll do Day 49 tomorrow and then I'll be ready for the EPIC FINALE on Sunday!

This was lovely.. I liked the variation in the 1 minute, made it go faster! Used 20 + kg and 2x15 kgs.. Doubled up on the bands to get more resistance as the single one probably got a bit loose. My God! the double band was seriousely intense.. The finisher was really nice, it went by fast, but took frequent breaks. Thank u!

My legs haven't recovered fully from Monday's session and did this today! Wowie! What an intense session indeed! The finisher was super spicy 🔥 reallyy felt the burn on my glutes.

That was the hardest glute session to-date. I managed to use 30Kg barbell for thrusts, 2 x 18Kg dumbbells for sumo and RDLs etc. Add-on was icing on the cake.
The intensity of this workout is mind-blowing, but, the second time around, I didn't shy away and used heavier weights. A 30kg kettlebell for the Hip-Thrusts, the staple Sumo squats and 1/2 sumo squats. 2x15kg Dumbbells for the rest. The finisher, well made everything go on fire once again. My legs will feel this tomorrow. 💥💖🦵🦵👊

Omg!!!! What a firecracker! Burn baby burn!! Even if you don’t really look forward to Glute Day - like me 😁- you will love this one! The triset format was so creative along with the staple. I just kept telling myself I can do anything for 20 seconds. This one is a sweaty and challenging workout and yet it goes fast and you will feel awesome when you are done. Get to this one. I could really practice the sumo deadlifts today! And the finisher was a real burner! I couldn't face today's add-on and did the 20 min Christmas calisthenics one, which was perfect to finish off this session. And the flowers today are exceptionally beautiful. Thank you Caroline! ❤

Done ✔️. Glutes and Hammies were on 🔥. Brilliant Staples. Toughest was the Finisher..burn was unreal and was shaking. Took a few seconds to move to the mat for cool down because of my bum 😆. Feels So Good! Great sweaty workout!

It was Def solid Trish. Hope you were grimacing too much 😱😱 I sure was but feel great now. Add on done too. Glute isolation with ankle weights would recommend doing at some stage if not this morning. Used 2.3kg for first time and was stronger than I thought so delighted. A great days work done✅

Loved this today. It’s amazing how difficult leg exercises target different muscles! Loved the minute being split for a lot of the exercises. Makes time goes by very quickly. Enjoy! I certainly did!

Hiiii Caroline and everyone. Thanks Caroline for this awesome workout. I didn't have my glute bands with me. To make the workout more challenging, I used 50kg barbell for the hip thrusts. It was killer. And that finisher was truly epic. I enjoyed this tremendously. And I'm so much stronger thanks to your workouts. I could never imagine myself doing the things I do now a couple of years ago. Thanks again.
Honestly, so happy to be done with this routine! I would almost do anything else besides sumo deadlifts squats 🤣 but I did it and it’s finished! Not every workout can be your favorite, but it doesn’t have to be your favorite to be effective! Thanks for the burn Caroline! Good luck everyone and good job!

This was such a fun glute session! Those cluster sets were 🔥🔥 🔥. This is one of those workouts where we get to realize how much stronger we've become. A year ago I would have struggled through these moves holding 5lbs in each hand. Now, I can squat and lunge half my bodyweight worth of dumbbells. After finishing the Iron Series for the third time (my absolute favorite Caroline series out of them all) I came back to this for my glute day. Sumo deadlifts are definitely not my favorite but I have certainly improved my lift since endgame! Even the 1/2 rep sets were a lot smoother and felt more natural (still tough though 😢). Just perfect. When we did the upper cluster sets, I thought I'd love a lower body one and here we are.
My favourite type of lower body workout, plenty of thrusts with some squats and lunges thrown in for those who aren't so keen. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Almost 2 years working out with Caroline! I’ve had many workouts that were so challenging, this one was great and my weights weren’t so far off from Caroline’s. Also I had great form and felt really strong and energized.
Doing this on a Monday...which is normally the day we find the hardest to want to get a workout in. But, we've been pretty consistent and pushed through today. Feels great!

I LOVE glute day sooo much that this workout absolutely flew by! But by the time I got half-way through the optional glute add-on, I was talking to my glute muscles out loud---telling them, "you can do this, you got this!" OMG!!!
I love the triset and I really loved the cluster sets of the upper body.... I couldn’t wait to do it again!!!... So I’m super excited about this glutes/hamstrings workout.... it looks perfect for an intense burning! I will give 100% and maximum concentration on the correct execution of the exercise as you teach us every day, especially when it comes to glutes and that band😉!

Confession Time: I tore my hammie on a Mud Run a few years ago. It's never been the same. I also can't find anything at the right height so I always sub out glute bridges for hip thrusters. THIS was a great hammie work out!!! THANKS!!!!!

Caroline, your glute workouts have really grown on me (pun here? !!) over the past couple of weeks, as have your legs (love quads and calves especially) and the upper body of course has always been something I love. I am loving your mixed training styles all in the one week - circuits, one minutes, clusters, standard three sets types etc ... it just makes the workouts so interesting! I looked up today when and noticed we had the same facial expressions in that finisher!!! I really was focussing on those glutes and hammies today and they were screaming at me! Some glute and hammy stretching in order soon! Thank you for everything that you do :)
Wow!The staple rdl,s and those lunges were fiery! I love the structure of this workout. The shorter work period allowed for greater mind to muscle connection. I actually went from 35 lb to 50 lb for the sumo squats. I also did 50 lb for the last set of hip thrusts. This is a huge improvement for me. I will be revisiting this workout❤

I’m crawling in my garage after this workout LOL than you Caroline!! Your the best!!!
Done! I used a 25kg barbell for the hip thrusts and first staple and two 15kg dumbbells for the RDLs and lunges. For the later staples I decided to switch to a 20kg dumbbell as it was more comfortable for me. I decided to go for a medium glute band so I could spread my legs a bit wider and target my glutes more effectively (with the heavy band I feel it a lot in my quads).
As of today I have just two workouts to go... I'll do Day 49 tomorrow and then I'll be ready for the EPIC FINALE on Sunday!

Hi C and all. Holy crap, my glutes are on fire..lol🔥literally had to tell myself mind over matter with those hip thrusts. Still feeling the leg and calf aftermath..hahaha 😁. Got through it and feeling amazing though💪. Will be doing a recovery and stretch routine workout tomorrow for sure😄💪YAY. Thank you so much Caroline for another AWESOME routine.💖You the best!!

This was lovely.. I liked the variation in the 1 minute, made it go faster!
Used 20 + kg and 2x15 kgs..
Doubled up on the bands to get more resistance as the single one probably got a bit loose. My God! the double band was seriousely intense..
The finisher was really nice, it went by fast, but took frequent breaks.

My legs haven't recovered fully from Monday's session and did this today! Wowie! What an intense session indeed! The finisher was super spicy 🔥 reallyy felt the burn on my glutes.
I'm doing this at 5am tomorrow morning & judging by the comments probably a good thing i'll still be half asleep then i may not be fully be aware of what is actually happening to my glutes! 🔥 x

That was the hardest glute session to-date. I managed to use 30Kg barbell for thrusts, 2 x 18Kg dumbbells for sumo and RDLs etc. Add-on was icing on the cake.

It was hardcore :) I really loved the format. This 6*20 is very demanding :)
The intensity of this workout is mind-blowing, but, the second time around, I didn't shy away and used heavier weights. A 30kg kettlebell for the Hip-Thrusts, the staple Sumo squats and 1/2 sumo squats. 2x15kg Dumbbells for the rest. The finisher, well made everything go on fire once again. My legs will feel this tomorrow. 💥💖🦵🦵👊
I lift legs twice a week. Fairly heavy. I just wanted something indoors today and this totally kicked my @$$

I really really appreciated a move away from all the whole hip thrusts. For me it made the workout much ,much more effective and interesting. Thanks!!
