    It's 2024, years after pandemic, and I'm STILL loving all the Caroline goodness. Never commented (got tired of no likes), but that's silly...a perfect leg crusher. The incremental fatigue that builds with every superset is 🔥, but truly a fav staple: 2D RDL-->1D RDL. You really do feel that stretch in the second run. How cool is it that we all learn the meaning of RDL, maker, Bulgarian lunges after becoming Girvinators?!❤🎉🔥🌺

    It’s amazing to realize how strong these workouts make you in all aspects. I’m not a runner, but Sunday decided to go for a run as I do have a goal to do an uphill 10k later this year. I easily did a 3 mile run, half of it uphill, followed by a few sprints (not so easy 😂).
    So, so thankful for these workouts and how much they’ve helped increased my strength, endurance and confidence!!!

      Hi Briana...that’s lovely to read! Yes I remember you mentioning the uphill 10 k...that sounds like an amazing challenge! The intense glutes and hamstrings work that we do with Caroline will help you so much...today’s finisher is the type of work that builds stamina and endurance! I’ve entered for three half marathons this year...two on roads but the third on coastal paths! Let me know how your training goes! Good luck! Matthew

      Absolutely fantastic Briana!! Such great carry over to running! Strength, power, unilateral work, endurance and core strengthening too all contribute to improving your running! Even strengthening the smaller muscles in your ankles help too!
      Due to the fact I’ve always trained with high reps, less weight & structured rest but also heavier weights and less weight, combined with HIIT, I am always able to put on running shoes and feel great hitting the trials or pavements! I’m hopefully going to get out for some runs come Spring as it’s been 6 months since I ran I think! 🤭 well done Briana!! You’ve motivated me to want to get out! 👊🏼🤩

      So happy to read that you are feeling positive towards fuelling your body and when you are becoming stronger each day, food really does fuel those workouts, help build that muscle and recover.
      It’s a very ‘freeing’ to be able to train hard, feeling your body growing and appreciating nutrition. I hope you continue to grow in many ways cx

    Ah, day 7 definitely cheered me up. I felt a little disheartened after the torture of Sunday cardio and also struggle with triceps push ups, dead stop push ups and skull crusher push-ups, but today I just loved it and did it all- no modifications needed, finished in time with the reps too. Thank you Caroline! 🤍🖤
    I think this Epic is going to be the hardest one of all! 😉👊🏼

      Know exactly how you feel. I'm hopeless at tricep push ups and always too tired to improve in the routines so I practice these away from workouts. During workouts I concentrate on form and not reps in all pushups. I'm training for a pullup and have gone backwards many times

      Those pushups are a huge struggle. Just keep doing your best. We all have strengths and weaknesses. We are here to improve.

      @@gloatinggoat544 for legs I did 15 lbs and some upper arms I did 10-15lbs I could have done 20 on legs but didn’t have them. I modified some but honestly not much, like I still did jumping stuff up until those last few weeks but depends on your fitness level I think. And obviously no workouts where I was flat on my belly.. towards the end I also didn’t do any ab stuff. It’s uncomfortable

    Before Caroline I didn't ever heared about hamstrings lift and now I'm able to do 100 reps. It's just incredible the progress if you stick with the program. You re an inspiration Caroline. 🙏

    I can really feel my triceps after yesterday and I’m sure others can too! And after today’s workout I’m sure I’ll feel my lower body too! I love the superset format...the staple looks great...and the 100 hamstring lift finisher is going to burn!! Have fun everyone! Matthew

When that "all for me" hits at the end of every challenging routine I feel that I not only succeed to complete the exercise but I succeeded for myself, I proved myself that I can and will always be able to overcome anything more than an exercise.     Love love how Caroline has transformed my body! I went on an intense hike over the weekend and flew up the mountain. My partner was having a hard time. I have to thank Caroline for conquering that mountain with no issues😁😁😁

    I'm a martial artist and these strength workouts with the lower body allow me to build strength and stamina in order to succeed when it comes to grappling. A guy bigger than me the other day freaked out and said "Woah you've gained so much strength!" When I was able to buck him off me. Thank you, Caroline! Keep them coming for the athletes and those aspiring to build confidence and strength!

    Oh so excited for leg day. My husband and son have covid. I'm not feeling 100% , but I did today's workout and felt strong. I'm hoping the symptoms stay mild till rest day, and that I have the strength to do leg day tommorow. Hope everyone has a great workout. 👍

    I really like this format and structure with X rounds of exercises and staples in-between, it is mentally easier than just a long "random" list of exercises. Thank you Caroline for all the work!

    Yayyyyyy! After a weeks hiatus (due to catching a bug :( ) this was my first W/0 back with you. I never knew how much I’d miss the sweet pain and the sense of strength. But, honestly Caroline I completely believe that because I stay in good health and am so so strong because of your workouts, I have bounced back quickly to good health.     Who else feels the effects of yesterday’s workout this morning? Chest and arms are very tired 😅.... Anyway, Caroline thanks for this beautiful leg day, perfectly planned will hit all the muscles of our legs and raise our endorphins! I absolutely love yoga block, superset, RDL as staple and today's choice of 100 final reps 💥!!!! I have already seen the add-on that I will definitely do because I liked it very much....     This has to be my favourite legs workout from the entire epic series, only one set of bulgarian lunges and my fav RDL as staple. Getting stronger by the day, thanks to Caroline!

    LOVED this workout! Just killer enough and nice slow movements. I had a total left hip replacement that did not go great and left me with a leg length discrepancy and permanent pinching deep in the joint. I was able to get through every set safely. Your workouts have been my saving grace and my daughter’s these past almost two years. Thank you so much. You’re welcome in our home anytime Caroline!

    I have severe fibromyalgia but unlike most with my disease I’ve decided to weight train. I use a heavy weight after a few years. Some days I’m weak and will drop down accordingly. Listening and knowing your body is so important. This has helped me more than anything ever has. Breaking down fascia and making my sore joints stronger. The workout yesterday gave me my first pump! lol it was awesome! I love the structure of the epic endgame workouts and feel even more progress than iron. Thank you Carolyn for everything you’ve helped me accomplish! I couldn’t have done it without you!

    I thoroughly enjoyed todays workout !! I can also see the improvement… I can even squat to kneel with weights 💪🏼😃 (before CG I would have skipped that one).     I absolutely LOVED this session, Caroline! It is one of my favorite leg workouts now. I love how you did dumbbell and bodyweight exercises which kept me extremely motivated in using the dumbbells when you did because I usually love bodyweight much more - it was very fun! I feel like although (especially yesterday) since yesterday I don't feel like working out, I can still motivate me which makes me feel AMAZING! In the last program, I skipped much so I needed to catch up on many workouts afterwards. Now I am pushing through and it hopefully stays like this! What I am not happy with tho is my eating since like three weeks, it is horrible. I started to binge eat again, right after I had a full week of a motivational healthy calorific deficit, I don't even know why. I felt very proud of myself because I managed that (for me a success) week without binging, then it got even worse than before that. If I could manage healthy and less eating I would also see physical changes on my body... Anyways, I will try until I succeed. We are EPIC! ❤🔥

    It was intense but I really enjoyed it!
    Also realized my strength has gone up as I did most of the workout with my 15 and 20 pounds dumbbells.

    👊🏻 Loved it!! That was very enjoyable. I went up with the weights today too! 🥳 Smashed it! I really liked the superset layout and how the second set mostly involved a lunge in some way. My favorites were the deadstop lunges, staggered squats and Bulgarians..I really love the fwd leaning one.😍. The staple was awesome..always a favorite. And the music was on point today..really kept me pushing. The finisher was perfect! I love that exercise. I was able to do 110 unbroken!!😁 Another great training day👏🏻. Thanks Caroline! My triceps are really sore by the way😆. See you tomorrow.

      She lured us in by saying we get to lay down for the finisher.. sweet! But she failed to mention that she was going to destroy our legs and leave the Bulgarians till last.. right before the finisher haha. My legs were already numb, but that forward leaning Bulgarian still found a way to burn like crazy lol!

I guess I appreciate now and understand the importance of fewer exercises, but repeating them and longer duration. I've grown stronger, progressed on the weights, feel the burn an the end.     This workout showed me how strong and flexible I have become since I found CG back in June. I now can touch the floor with each lunge, RDLs are a favorite, and the famous Bulgarians are now okay. I did lose my balance once when flipping the 30# up to my shoulder which started me laughing before I caught my balance. Another tough fun workout! Thanks Caroline!

    This was so demanding! The staple is fun and great practice especially on maintaining good form in rdls. After doing the workout and that optional add on, my legs are so sore!! My front and back thighs 🦵🥵🔥🍗

    Its amazing how strong I have grown with your programmes Caroline. I cringed upon seeing the amount of lunges we will be doing today but my form has definitely improved with the Endgame programmes. I can complete lunges and squats with no pain on the knee. Thank you for always giving us the best at home workouts. I was drenched in sweat as usual and I loved it LOL

    Thank you Caroline for leg day which is the strongest part of my body. Yesterday was too tough. For some reason I can do push-ups just fine but a lot of the tricep push-ups in the dead stop really difficult. This workout I know that I can do successfully.

      Hi Elaine..tricep push ups are hard...and the dead stop ones are really hard if you do them properly by pushing your body up in a straight line! So it's no wonder that you find them difficult!     45 sec , supersets , leg day - looked like a relief compared to the 1 mt torcher so far in this epic ..
    While earlier I used to dread 45 sec , super supersets, leg day !!

    This was a flipping great leg day. Loved the combo of weighted to bodyweight supersets. Moving up from 10kg to 12kg and taking it slow.

    The finisher was unreal 🔥 I never, ever thought one day I will be able to do. 100 hamstrings lift with 10mkg dumbell. And today I did it 🎊 before Caroline I can say that I did not know that you could train the hamstrings properly. So. Much to. Learn and progress each day

    Yesterday definitely gave the triceps a full on workout 💪 💥 and this is looking just the same for the lower body! Caroline's supersets are always challenging purely by the way she combines the exercises. This is going to set the legs on fire 🔥! We are going to feel amazing after this superb workout.     I loved this workout!! It was slow & steady, but tough...made me feel strong with endurance! I even thought at one point that I might need some 30lbers soon. My 25s aren't giving me nearly as much trouble as they used too! HAHA!! Thank you Caroline. Love, Season from Texas

    Caroline, I can't feel my legs. For the last exercise, I did a lying hamstring curl using a resistance band with an ankle strap and I can't feel my legs. I absolutely enjoyed the workout. Can't wait to see what Caroline have for us next!!!!!!!

    I have to say that I prefer upper body workouts but I actually quite enjoyed this one! There wasn't a lot of chair-movements involved and there was some cardio in there as well. Great workout again Caroline!
