  • I've been in Bangkok Thailand for over a month now. I want to show Bangkok daily life during the lockdown.
There is a lot of info about daily life in Bangkok Thailand right now. Bangkok is in lockdown but what does that really mean? What can you do in Bangkok in your daily life during lockdown 2021? Can you do anything during lockdown in Bangkok? Is there any normality to Bangkok Daily life during lockdown 2021.
I take you around and show you what Bangkok daily life during lockdown 2021 is really like.

Aloha Kevin! Mahalo for the walkabout tour. I saw in one of Icecy's vlogs that Terminal 21 was closed; I guess you confirmed it still is. Too bad as that's one of my favorite hangouts, along with Siam Paragon (will you take a walk further up Sukhumvit and let us know if Paragon and MBK are open?). I have a question: did the street in Soi Cowboy get a makeover? It looks so clean and very much a lighter color than I recall. Bill

So the 20 year TE visa is 2,000,000 Baht...100,000k a year. The 5 year is 600,000 for 120,000 a year...but upgradeable to 20 years for 400,000 more or...50,000 per year on average? If you get the easy elite visa for 600k - you can upgrade to the superiority for an additional 400k. Easy is 5 year, superiority adds 15 years onto an Easy. Not sure what the other benefits are of the 20 year...never considered it. I wanted the cheapest one possible that allowed me multi-entry for 20 years.

@@30AndAWakeUp Durian is usually a bit smaller (although comes in a range of sizes), but the spikes are much larger and sharper than jackfruit. Jackfruit is nice as well, very approachable for westerners, pleasant mild fruity smell and nice flavor - you can get just the flesh already removed, as it can be a bit tricky to get out of the fruit itself, which is full of sticky latex. Durian on the other hand is the real deal - king of fruits. I know you said in your videos before you tried it and didn't like it, but you should give it another try ! In Thailand they have the monthong variety which is pretty mild smelling (as far as durians go) and has a very approachable flavor, nice sweet vanilla custard like - good place to start ! It took me and most people I know several attempts to really learn to like durian - the smell can be difficult to get over at first, but if you try it with an open mind, your body will actually learn to like the smell and associate it with the durian goodness - it's really quite amazing how it works - I used to gag when I first encountered it, and now it just smells straight up delicious to me.
