Damn. You just made a 47 year old man cry. I miss my mom and vacationing. These images have been ingrained in my head for 40 years. I just viewed my memories.

Almost made me cry. So many great memories of my past. The best times of my life were spent right there on Front Beach Rd

    I lived there from 1983 to 1985.
My Stepfather had a Magic shop in Alvin's Magic Mountain Mall it was called before they changed it to Alvin's Island.

Great video of such a fun place to go every summer with my parents and great friends. Loved the ole fountainbleau hotel and Finland across the street with ski ball, ice cream cones. Great memories of Holiday Inn. Miracle strip park was great. Thanks for the nice video!

We stayed at the Fiesta hotel every year. Sometimes twice a year from 1981 to 1996 or so. Right up till it was closed. Sad to see it torn down and still a empty spot on the beach. Growth is good but small is nice too. I remember the Sunset restaurant, Trader Ricks and the weekly sun tan contest at The Surf Hut.

we used to go down on saturday mornings and back the truck up to dumpsters and throw out every beer can into the truck bed and bag them up and take them to the scrap metal yard and sell them for cash go get a 1/2 ounce of weed and a case of beer and head to Econfina Creek at the 388 bridge for the saturday night party

How I would love to revisit the place shown in this film. It was a blast for an early teen.

Part 1 and two should be reversed. Traveling on Front Beach Rd going from west to east. Part 2 is where they started driving in the 15000 block and picked up in part one in the 12000 block. Part 1 ends the drive in PC on 15th St and June Ave where Barry's Battery is.

It looks like the area near the previous Bright Star Motel, Sea Lodge, Trips Motel, etc. Or am I mistaken?

At the 1:16 time I noticed Peeks Motel. Last time I was in PCB (2009), we were driving by the Peeks Motel one night, and noticed that the letters "K" & "S" had burnt out, leaving it for everyone to see PEEks. I tried to get a picture of it, but by the time I made it back, the manager had turned off their sign. Rats!

I have a pic of it! Took it June 15, 2009. Actually got 3 good shots of it.
