Miller and Andrew are very smart. Talk about media relations, Zack has an enormous TH-cam channel and as one baseball fan to another this guy has as fantastic knack for being in the right place to catch home run baseballs. Miller I hope you get an enormous boost in fans from this gesture.
Wireless mic and mounting a receiver that won’t cause interference with other wireless signals is nearly impossible in a stadium. Also, not allowed sadly.
Baseball retrieval #29 was my favorite. When Rich and I ballhawk outside stadiums the one place to look at are the street curbs. Cool, unique, interesting nice change of pace video.

I LOVE having the whole stadium to myself! It's happened a few times for me. Difference experience for sure. Even more fun, if you can is be there for sunrise, since most fans don't get that option, even in Boston when they do the Patriots Day game in April. Had this kind of fun several times in Boston (always helps to "know a guy" as you know). 9/11 blood drive at Fenway once one reason, but in Texas and Tampa, just was there until the "Hey you, go home" message was given. And like this video...minor league stadiums are even easier to get to yourself...unless it's a Red Sox/Yankees minor league club. LOL
Great to see that ballpark again.. I played for the Montreal Expos Org so i spent many hours around and in Roger Dean Stadium ! Thank you Zack from Amsterdam
Great Video Zack. I had so much fun watching you run around to find foul balls inside and outside the Stadium. As a Cardinals fan I have been to Cardinals spring training games in that stadium. Not been there recently, but I go to Clearwater a lot. I got a Florida State League baseball couple years ago from the Clearwater Thrashers. When I am down in Clearwater I like to go to a Clearwater Thrashers game or a Phillies spring training game. Miller and Andrew at the beginning made me think of Andrew Miller a Cardinals pitcher.
36 baseballs at a major league game is awesome. He must have had some luck along with skill for that one. 35 baseballs is not too shabby either. Keep up the good work Zack. Love watching the videos.
I had 46 in one game at Frederick 7 years ago. 44 in BP and 2 during the game. Frederick pitcher Parker Bridwell threw a 1 hitter vs Potomac in Early May 2014. I went to 19 Potomac Nationals games that year. That was the also only time I saw Potomac lose that year 18-1. Tony Renda had the only hit in the game. Ended up briefly playing with the Reds.
Shagging balls outside the stadium is amazing. I attend virtually every game at my minor league stadium, but my "seat" is outside the stadium. I know how special that feeling is to zoom around (like in your video, there is sometimes hardly anybody outside) and see a ball lying by a curb or on the grass, knowing that it's all yours. It's a shame that the stopped using the regional league balls, and use the generic "Minor League Baseball" (I found it interesting that one of the game balls you shagged was a FSL). I was lucky enough to go on roadtrips to get one ball from every affiliated league (except the Gulf Coast, which stopped using their own ball before I got there) before the switch. I thought I would be over ballhawking after ~5 years. I was so wrong lol. So I definitely appreciate and admire your passion, Zack. Keep up the good work man

I have been to this stadium with my dad in 2019 to watch the Astros/Marlins Spring Training game. I dont think the Astros won but it was nice to be in this stadium. Also paid a bit extra for batting practice but it was only the Marlins as the Astros take batting practice back at The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, Florida before they take the short trip to Jupiter, Florida. This isn't a bad stadium. But the only downside is there is little to no shade at this ballpark. And it rained a bit before the game started but was dry when the game time rolled around. Glad you were able to get special access to this stadium and got all those baseballs. Keep up the great work. Happy ball hawking to you!
