    Sir ji mera ezviz cenera device add karne ke bad v camera start nehi ho raha hai. Isko kaise solve karen

    I am a secondary Account. The main account belongs to my family. How can I add their device to my app with my account? When I try to do that, it says: "Device already added by

      Hello Eighties junkee,
      You can share your device with account of your family and share on your account with help of your account user name or barcode scan which put on you family account id.

      Hello, please first connect your internet wifi with mobile device then scan bar code of device (see bottom side).

      Hello, sorry for that you will not able to connect this ezviz device with your smart tv because officially not develop for this. But Ezviz working on this feature as soon as.
