Very nice one! They used better screws in the GTS battery than in n1s... but the case is much come complicated to open.
Thank you. My main ride right now is a GTS-Pro ( dual battery ). It's fine right now but I collect videos on how to fix it for when it does break.
What do the wires coming out of the battery do? The two thick wires go to the controller but what do the three thin wires do and what do you hook them to?

Random question. Do these battery packs have the output enabled by default? If i wanted to use the power output for something else, is it possible or do I have to communicate with the BMS somehow to make it turn on?
Can I use one of these packs in a different scooter model by opening it up and using a different connector?
Current scooter is a dual motor 60V, current battery is 67.2V.
Could this battery be repurposed to work with a GX16-3 charger?

Thanks for the video. I recently got a Niu Nqi GTS Pro which has 60v 35Ah batteries, I believe. One of them takes longer to charge and discharges faster. The last two days after charging to 80%, when I wanted to charge higher, first the battery would not charge with the splitter and then when slightly more charged would not charge by itself. Today it shows 5 lights flashing... In your opinion, does this means it has faulty cells?

Hello My battery has been drained to zero. I charged up to 3.2 volts, maybe the diagnostic sheet will start the BMS Or I need to buy a new BMS Thank you very much for the answer.

The white wire disconnected the one that goes to the charging port but not inside. Ever since it’s been turning off could it be that?

If your cells have same voltages balancing no needed, yes if you change them successfully everything will be fine.

yes you can
you put new cells with 2.5ah but other old cells in the pack not 2.5 because they old maybe 2ah left in them.dont you think that will cost unbalance or over charging problem in the future ?
If we put new with old ones, at the end we must balance the batteries at the full voltage state 4.2V, to make it work properly.
Did you know that the BMS was OK beforehand? I first would have checked the BMS on a different battery ... did you diagnose before? I do that using a YY BMS.. (h1 did not get any data as voltage was too low).
No i didn't check BMS because this issue is common on new battery packs, with Chinese EVE batteries...

what can I do if I left the battery connected for a week. Now one battery is at 0%, and I can not load it.
Can I use an external power supply with higher voltage to bring it back? Can we disbale the ECU, just to load the battery. NIU seems to block it
Hi, you need to use the small charger (NQi Sport) to wake it up because it is in undervoltage protection state now and the big charger couldn't wake it up.

I have 2 brand new NIU 60v 26a batteries that had been sitting for 8 months. 1 charges and the other does not. One shows 64v and the dead one shows 8v. How can I revive the dead battery so it charges again? Thank you
Please go to your dealer ASAP and try to charge it with the small 60V charger to wake it up from over-discharged protection state

Worst what we can do.... mixing new whit old celles.. WTF... over few weeks is dead again...
Who told you that tis battery pack is old? until now is its working fine. You need to know the right type of batteries to put in.

Hi... this EVE cells is from decent quality, Panasonic is from top quality bayteries.
My 10s5p scares the hell out of me when working on it there's no way I would mess with that thing it would definitely go nuclear on me .
At heavy use my batteries show 45 degrees C. I watched the video, but what excactly was broken?
At 45 degrees temperature the charging is problem... can damage one cell and this one cell will discharge the other parallel cells... you will see unbalanced cells.

@@EVCustoms 12 Amps, 2 batteries simultaneously, with Niu splitter, I dont know what is does, but both batteries charge at the same time.
Better let them cool down, you can open the saddle and foot floor to let them cool down faster.

Hello again !! I have niu MQI GT and my batteries lose power 20-25% over night. Niu respond that I have to reset BMS. Do you know something about?? The batteries are about new 72 time charged from 20% to 100%.

based in price of a new battery, how many % costs this repair?! any idea?!
Here in Cyprus this battery is about 1200euros... i repair it for my friend for 150euros..

If you able to find with Panasonic cells and pay little a bit extra... there you can forget risks of the battery...

У мение nin m1 проблема с батарей все елементы всадились в 0ль я зарядил все елементы 3.80 вольт но bms не запускается на выходе показывает 5 вольт но на батарее 50 вольт
Привет Мукола.. попробуй балансировать все батареи чтобы было точно одинаковый вольтаж на всех батареи..

Откуда знаешь что старые? на этой батарейке было только 108 циклов!

Но факт остается фактом.
Пройдет время и другие паралели начнут тоже деградировать а новые акб будут хорошими.
Учитывая стоимость новой батареи конечно ремонт рентабелен.
