Another great adventure! Unless I'm mistaken that pack you're using looks like a 'Marshall'? That seems to be your go-to, does it seem like too much or it's worth it in the event of a successful hunt, and packout?
It’s the kuiu pro LT 7000. In my opinion it’s totally worth having a full size pack like that. You can break it down for the run and gun, or you can load it up and pull out 100 lbs of meat. I’ve used it for quite a few animals now and it’s worth it. I’m not sure how the Marshall would break down, but I know most high end large packs can break down to make them a lot smaller for convenience.
Wonderful videos as always. Im going to so something i try not to ever fo to a fellow hunter, but im going to keep it vague. What region is this? I wont ask you the zone, but just curious. It has fantastic open hills. My hinting partner recently suffered a major heart attack at 46 years old and has survived, but is now limited to how much hiking he can do. This looks like such a wonderful place to spot and stalk, and ik looking for more areas like this so he can man the scopes while i do the hiking and hauling lol Thanks again for all your content. I absolutely love it, and its really amazing to see a fellow hunter who thanks its animal after its harvest. The kind of thing ill be teaching my young boys if they follow in my footsteps
I have no problem telling anybody what region but I am pretty strict on the fact that I won’t ever tell anyone the MU. It’s region 3. If you have instagram you can DM me and I’d be happy to help you find some spots near you that would suit the style of hunting you are looking for. Thanks for watching! I really appreciate the shout out!
@@truetineoutdoors I wish I did have IG. I have twitter and TH-cam, that's it. Try and limit myself having the young kids. And email obviously. We hunt in region 3,8 and 5 mostly
@@truetineoutdoors I always meant to ask but forgot, glad he asked you. That's a pretty sweet rifle, do you handload for it or shoot factory rounds? I saw a picture of a grizzly my uncle shot in the 1960's with a 7x57 on his farm. Still works just as good today!

@@truetineoutdoors Open sights, and a Brno in a classic caliber...Very cool.
Dang that’s some interesting stuff. I just shoot factory rounds. Seems to be a great gun. The hair trigger is a nice touch.
Thanks for showing appreciation for the rifle, lots of sentimental value there
