Congrats, that's a really nice old boar. Super cool that you were able to use the BRNO 7x57 on him. Hope your buddies get their bears soon. Great idea on keeping your meat out of the melting ice in your cooler.
Dude that was awesome, I love that you used skill over technology. You must have been telling yourself to be calm that whole stock in on him , great job 👍.
@@nathanadrian7797 yea the use of radios in general out in the bush is an interesting topic. Although I have not found anything in the regulations on hunting with radios or any other information on it. It doesn’t interest me one bit and to be honest even if it were to be legal, for me it takes away the essence of what hunting really is. I would like to know what law states that it is deemed illegal though. Where can we find this?
@@truetineoutdoors Now you are asking hard questions. lol Years ago it was in the synopsis, but now you would have to go through the actual regulations on line. When they first started the shared hunt for moose there was a kerfuffle about it, I have heard that you can use radio's during a shared hunt for harvest card updates.
I guess you could make any tripod be compatible with a lot of different rifles if you had the right components. It’s just a cheapo off Amazon. Bears are easy to spot so glassing is a great way to find em.
Just watched this, what a beauty bear. He’s thick! Congrats man and great vid as always.
Thanks man appreciate it. Good luck out there. Hoping to see you with a big one soon 🤞
I'd like to hear about the rifle. That was a great hunt and a great demonstration of skill.
Wicked film man and congrats on a great bear! Loved the footage of the Sow with 3 cubs too, pretty special!

Nice hunt, especially with the open sights! Did you make that rack for your cooler?
Thanks! Yes I made it out of some old milk crates
Well done!
Thanks!

you guys should have radios.
That would have certainly helped haha
Under most circumstances, the use of radios for hunting is illegal in B.C.

Region 3
Nice job young man, with open sited Mauser? Been watching your other productions, never caught the caliber…8mm? You should be very proud.
Thank you, appreciate it, 7mm Mauser
Good work. did you keep the hide, or too much weight to pack?
Didn’t end up keeping the hide, it would have been fine to pack out but wasn’t in great shape anyways.
Saw the short video.. come here for the full video.. thanks
Right on, thanks for watching
Nice bear.
Thanks!
I MEAN....THIS IS PRETTY COOOOOOOOOL!!11!!!1
Hey thanks man
What tripod are you using? Can it also hold a rifle?
I notice you glass a lot, pays off for you I see!

Good one bro. Pretty good poke with that old rifle too!
