Are you on intel? If so you might wanna check and make sure the game isnt only using your e-cores. I had to manually change my cpu affinity for the game and it fixed my low fps problem

@CoastGaming did you upgrade or did you do a fresh install of windows 11. If you just upgrade/update windows 10 to 11 that gave me all sorts of issues but wipe the pc and install W11 fresh and it runs perfectly.
@@Simlife101 yeah it was a fresh install on a brand new computer for gaming with windows 11 and it was a horrible experince even with a nice i7 and 3070 ti , had ddr5 with 32gb of ram and 800w power and my games ran worse than a ps2 games lmao. maybe this weekend ill give windows 11 a try since i did love the UI alot more on 11. i just bought my pc for gaming so i had to downgrade to even play originally

Gsync doesn’t lock your FPS if you turn on a Vsync
NVIDIA told people years ago Gsync MUST be used in conjunction with Vsync
Isn't gsync,vsync and reflex best for lowest latency and no tearing? At least thats what valve recommends for cs and it feels smooth with it

windows 11 is okay now for gaming? last tried over a year ago and was experiencing studder on some games

5090 will probably barly ping 240fps max and if raytracing - 120fps prolly
