Sez! I know you say you aren’t into journaling, but neither was I! Just a few days ago I picked up the five minute journal, which is a guided journal, which is so incredibly helpful. It’s really helped me to remember what’s important to me. It also has weekly challenges and a spot each day for you to write out an affirmation for yourself. Just really to evaluate your day, so you fill in the blanks for 5 minutes in the morning, and then 5 minutes at night sort of evaluating your day. I really think you would enjoy it! Really loved this video! Getting to sleep at a decent hour and winding down is something I am also working on. 😊 love you Sarah! 💕

I loved how you told us some of your bad habits and said, this is what I'm trying, I've only been doing it for like a week. Because so many times I wonder HOW did "blank" get this way, how do they have it all figured out, blah blah blah. And with you it's like, you have bad habits to, you want to be better to, and you took me along with you on your self care journey. It really inspired me to do more of this for myself. Honestly, It has been 5 years since Im off bulimia but I still have this restricting/binge eating habit. I find myself binging once/twice a month and one of those days was today. My eating disorder is a long process but I am so much better than before. I just want to say, you have been an inspiration to me because I have been watching you for a long time! ❤️

I found your videos after I was diagnosed and in the hospital. I’m going through 14 rounds of chemo each round lasting 3 days to hopefully stop more growth and spread. I was an elite athlete so this is really hard! Your vlogs are amazing, you’ve inspired me to try eat better ( less Cadbury’s more loving earth 😂😂) and try to be as healthy as possible to prolong life and just be as positive and happy as possible, you inspire me with your attitude, motivation and the way you look at the world. Sissys, I'm going to be real: this last week was a completely, ridiculous mess for me. My uncle went into the hospital, it was a rough week at work, my personal life was super stressful.. it really just keeps going. But, after a good 2 hour journal session, I'm sitting here with a pen and my notebook writing everything down. I'm going to Part 2 now, but I just wanted to say how grateful I am to be able to learn from someone so genuine, honest and beautiful. Obviously, Sarah is an Influencer, but her vlogs aren't fake. I love your ideas and they are great tips, however I’m a nurse and I work shift work so I often have to wake up quite early or sleep during the day to work night shift. I am going to adopt your thinking of incorporating essential oils into my sleep routine. It’s not uncommon for me to have very varied sleep patterns but I do feel that the biggest thing that is effected is my energy. ☹️ as I do not get the standard 8 hours sleep per night... how do you achieve quality sleep without having the “length”of sleep...? 🤔 ❤️❤️
Sarah!! Not sure if you’ll ever read this but I wanted to give you some Info on scented candles and hormone disruption that my naturopath told me. I LOVE burning candles and making my apartment smell great, but my naturopath told me that burning all that soy wax in the air and Inhaling the chemical fragrances were totally throwing off my hormones and causing symptoms of estrogen dominance. I was SHOCKED and stopped burning them that day and i kid you not soooo many of my symptoms are gone. Figured you would want to know since you’re trying to be careful with your hormones. Hey sarah! Keep up the great work! I've never been more motivated by any other videos or any other advice than I have been by yours! I got my Tropeaka order in the other day and am making huge changes to my lifestyle- all for the better! I'm already starting to feel better, too. :) QUESTION- I had a pretty intense knee surgery 6 months ago so I am unable to do a lot of the workouts (my range of motion only goes up to about 110 degrees and my quad/VMO are totally shot). Do you think you could make a dedicated video towards workouts that are easy on the knees? Thank you!!
I have to admit, YES getting up and going outside is the best way to start the day. I already have to get up and go outside to feed the horses, but it really is so much easier and gets me awake and happy for the day with fresh air.

SARAH, let me save you girl. I'd say realistically if you need screen time at night the best way to have it is lights off, candle light, and lower the screen brightness all the way. I know it can be annoying to adjust that everyday but believe me I work with computers and tech. IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. It makes a huge difference when you have control of the environment in your own home to relax the mind before bed, the dark does set your mind into sleep mode, so ideally do not use devices but if you have to lower the screen brightness setting.

I love walking! I live by the sea and there is something so therapeutic about walking by water - its like it is blowing everything bad away
No hate, but it’s awful to put your hair up when it’s wet because the water means your hair is heavy and it makes your hairline recede and is also a major cause for migraines and sickness ☹️❤️

I really love the idea of setting the mood for sleep with candles and lavender scents. Do you have any favorite brands for candles? I find sometimes the candle smells good when its not burning but once I light it there is no real scent. Loving this kind of video.

Definitely would love to see a dedicated morning routine. I feel a lot more relaxed throughout the day when I make it a habit to wake up earlier before the chaos begins around the house. But i manage to do that like 10% of the time.

SARAH, let me save you girl. I'd say realistically if you need screen time at night the best way to have it is lights off, candle light, and lower the screen brightness all the way. I know it can be annoying to adjust that everyday but believe me I work with computers and tech. IT NEEDS TO BE DONE. It makes a huge difference when you have control of the environment in your own home to relax the mind before bed, the dark does set your mind into sleep mode, so ideally do not use devices but if you have to lower the screen brightness setting.
I’d love to see both a morning routine and a night routine!!!!
