You will love Uni! - I have been having the same questions but more on the side of alternatives to supplements due to some giving me really bad stomach pain and losing my period has caused me to look to other supplements than the ones she shows! XOXO SimplyKaterina
Stick to plant based foods because it’s cheaper, buy frozen fruit and veg for smoothies (if u have a small blender like her to bring to ur dorm) and veg is great to quickly add to meals like stir fries, soup, buddha bowls etc! buy a huge jar of rice or quinoa from the bulk store to have for the same reasons. u don’t need supplements she uses like ‘sprouted nuts’ lol u can get raw almonds and cashews and pistachios from the bulk for cheaper too!

bookskay I am trying IF for some weeks now, and I actually don't eat "dinner". I know, most IF-people start with lunch, but I also LOVE breakfast, so I decided to start early and end early. I am eating between 9am-5pm and it works really good. Also I have a better sleep, because I am not full at night and it stops me from snacking on the couch in the evening (which always was my big problem!). Just try and create your own way :)
M F i’ve totally considered doing that and i can see how it would work really well! unfortunately i’m a school student so i’m at school from 7:30-5:30 some days & getting in enough good food in that time is pretty hard! i usually do 11-7 which means i kind of do have breakfast at morning tea/recess at school :)

you can definitely consume protein powder if you're not working out. there are a lot of options out there! that being said, i would recommend trying to get protein from whole food sources like nuts, seeds, beans, and legumes. don't forget that sezzy is an influencer that gets paid to support certain products, including tropeka. these products are still considered processed! hope this helps xo

I just got rid of my instagram and snapchat for the exact reason you talked about. I could feel myself becoming obsessed with it and never felt happy anymore. I was always comparing myself to the people I saw on social media. So I decided enough is enough and I got rid of them! Now I want to get to the point where I don't need to listen to something (music, podcasts, etc) while I walk between classes at college or when I go on walks in general. Baby steps!

I love how you suggest food for what should help for digestive issues but perhaps when you film maybe go into a little depth of specifically how it helps and what it helps directly, as the digestive system is a major system! x
i agree as well! it's likely that she doesn't get too specific as she doesn't have any formal education in fitness or health, and in general lacks an understanding of this major system. with more knowledge she would probably be able to speak to it more specifically!

Do you have any opinion or experience with intermittent fasting? For me, I have never been a breakfast person but have been taught for so long how important breakfast is for metabolism. I’ve been trying the 16:8 method (11am-7pm) and finding it really convenient but I don’t want to ruin my metabolism. On top of eating vegan and gluten and daily excercise, I don’t know how much is too much for my body

You should totally make your own activated nuts. Soak for 6 hours in water, drain then put in oven on baking sheet @100 C overnight. Easy and cheap😊

She used to do it a lot in some of her older vlogs, and she still says she trains fasted some days!

Get a water bottle and spray them. They can't fly when they are wet. You can get ride of the flys so much easier. ;)

Flies get into your house with your fruit bowl or flowers. Guaranteed if you got rid of both you wouldn't have a single fly but then you'd have to get rid of your fruit bowl and your flowers so that's no good

I have gone back and forth over the years trying to begin and stick with my fitness journey; diet, exercise, the works...What I continually find myself struggling with is feeling comfortable going to the gym, alone or with other people. I constantly feel a pressure and anxiety doing anything in public; the whole people are watching you, I'm not near their level thought process...but I know that I won't motivate enough to do workouts in the privacy of my own home...Any advise as to how to build up confidence enough to work out in the gym?
