Susi my ex told me the same exact thing as your ex. "I just had a feeling". A month later he was with someone else. I completely understand what you went through. For that month I didn't have any closure and it didn't really make sense to me why he broke up with me because I always tried my best. I accepted it now for what it is and almost a year past. I still get sad occasionally and you really need to take the time and grief. You are not alone.

There, the US is within 10% of several EU countries including Italy, Spain and Portugal. We're also over 10% better than Czechia, UK and Belgium (which has been very badly hit).
It's certainly a very different environment here, but I'm not sure why you make it sound like it's less safe. If you've traveled to Europe, it's not especially different. They have plenty of dangerous neighborhoods. Ask Parisians about dangers to get a sense of the differences we're talking about. I don't believe we have any major city in America that has the problems in Paris. Of course, this is prior to the recent riots/looting and efforts to defund police in various major cities.

Just a reminder, sometimes it is needed when after brake-up brain forgets logic, thinking about him and missing him as a daily occurrence is normal and it most likely it wont change for a long time, most want to forget and then get sad they can't, but mind needs to process it so it will come back to it, no need to run away from thoughts like that, just have to get trough it. I'll never know his reasons but I realised he wasn't mature enough to give me what I needed emotionally at that time. I went on to eventually find a connection and love I never thought I'd find. My past hurts led me to him! It is difficult to recognise real love until you find it, and then it is mutual, instant, and only ever grows even if you fight or breakup a few times. I think you are a special person who deserves this and shouldn't settle for anything less x

It’s insane to think that someone you’ve never meet before can have such an impact on your life, but Suzi I just wanted to tell you that you have impacted me soooooo much. If you do come to America do not miss the redwood forest. I started watching you before my trip to drive across country to go to the redwood forest . it was a month long trip with my daughter ,myself and my two dogs camping from Michigan to California. the drive was one of the most amazing times in my life. Our country is sooo beautiful...you will not be disappointed..I took this trip after a traffic accident.( I came face to face with my own mortality)..It was a perfect place to put my life in perspective.. as far as the break up. you are young. living life is what young people do best. of course it hurts , if it didn't hurt it wouldn't have been worth having that is how we know we have loved.. stay busy, it helps. Heartbreak, during tragic times is normally hard. Never let it get to you. Bad things usually come in spurts like that. I often believe people can't handle depression well and instinctually attack weakened times with running from it as they somehow believe things won't get better or they're hurt internally that they can't make it better. But often when that type leaves, it's for the best as they won't stand beside you through thick and thin anyways. Looks like you get to experience new romance in the future! New romance is always more exciting because it's fresh and new. So embrace the future! Let the dead dog of the past lay, and never think twice to not dwell on the past. Learn and roll forward! Hope you make it to Merica! But if you're traveling that distance, make sure you hit Canada as well. Jasper Park and Banff Park has two be the two prettiest parks in North America as I can testify to extensive travel and would put my bottom dollar if you saw the scenery there that you would agree. The difference between Palawan or Boracay..compared to the beaches in Leyte for visual comparison in differences in parks.....far more beautiful. Northern Ontario is nice too, in many areas in Canada. For the USA I'd say Oregon...Florida...Washington... The Carolinas'...Tennessee...or Northern California even around Idaho or into Wyoming is all very nice experiences to travel to in my humble opinion....will be a far different experience than Europe for sure.

OMG what a rollercoaster of bad things all at once. I went through similar and then the Pandemic happened so I've been closed off from family and friends (except for Zoom meetings...) It's good to see you smiling and laughing, that's something to lift the spirits a bit! Coming here to the USA! I'm excited and extremely nervous for you, not going to lie. Maybe start off with the wide open areas where the Virus isn't bad and then eventually the cities. It's doable but keep watching the news for updates!!

I kind of knew it was not going to last. Never had a good genuine vibe with him with you. I really just felt your heart was in it more. Just a gut feeling I got whenever you were together, even though you had good times and fun together. Something felt off.
Also the Van was always replaceable. I knew you would do it and the Go fund page helped towards this being possible. It would have been nice to have thanked those that contributed to you being able to get your van repaired.

I'll never know his reasons but I realised he wasn't mature enough to give me what I needed emotionally at that time. I went on to eventually find a connection and love I never thought I'd find. My past hurts led me to him! It is difficult to recognise real love until you find it, and then it is mutual, instant, and only ever grows even if you fight or breakup a few times. I think you are a special person who deserves this and shouldn't settle for anything less x

It’s insane to think that someone you’ve never meet before can have such an impact on your life, but Suzi I just wanted to tell you that you have impacted me soooooo much. All the wisdom that you have, even if you don’t know it, is incredible. We’re about the same age but your outlook on life is amazing! If you do come to America do not miss the redwood forest. I started watching you before my trip to drive across country to go to the redwood forest . it was a month long trip with my daughter ,myself and my two dogs camping from Michigan to California. the drive was one of the most amazing times in my life. Our country is sooo beautiful...you will not be disappointed..I took this trip after a traffic accident.( I came face to face with my own mortality)..It was a perfect place to put my life in perspective.. as far as the break up. you are young. living life is what young people do best. of course it hurts , if it didn't hurt it wouldn't have been worth having that is how we know we have loved.. stay busy, it helps. Heartbreak, during tragic times is normally hard. Never let it get to you. Bad things usually come in spurts like that. I often believe people can't handle depression well and instinctually attack weakened times with running from it as they somehow believe things won't get better or they're hurt internally that they can't make it better.
But often when that type leaves, it's for the best as they won't stand beside you through thick and thin anyways.
Looks like you get to experience new romance in the future! New romance is always more exciting because it's fresh and new. So embrace the future! Let the dead dog of the past lay, and never think twice to not dwell on the past. Learn and roll forward!
Hope you make it to Merica! But if you're traveling that distance, make sure you hit Canada as well. Jasper Park and Banff Park has two be the two prettiest parks in North America as I can testify to extensive travel and would put my bottom dollar if you saw the scenery there that you would agree. The difference between Palawan or Boracay..compared to the beaches in Leyte for visual comparison in differences in parks.....far more beautiful.
Northern Ontario is nice too, in many areas in Canada. For the USA I'd say Oregon...Florida...Washington... The Carolinas'...Tennessee...or Northern California even around Idaho or into Wyoming is all very nice experiences to travel to in my humble opinion....will be a far different experience than Europe for sure.

OMG what a rollercoaster of bad things all at once. I went through similar and then the Pandemic happened so I've been closed off from family and friends (except for Zoom meetings...) It's good to see you smiling and laughing, that's something to lift the spirits a bit! Coming here to the USA! I'm excited and extremely nervous for you, not going to lie. Maybe start off with the wide open areas where the Virus isn't bad and then eventually the cities. It's doable but keep watching the news for updates!!
