Do you use finger technique at abnormally slow speed, i have large hands (at age 16) and therefore i feel like my fingers don’t coordinate as good as anyone else, as well as that i feel like my left hand holds my drumstick different to the right hand, any advice on that?
@@StillBornSweatShop thanks for your message in regards to how you hold drumsticks it is a good idea to play on a practice pad in front of a mirror to correct any differences in how you hold sticks Yes i mainly use fingers but not always it depends what i am playing with slow drills you should be able to correct any coordination between hands - slow accurate playing and eventually your hands should play well together but it requires lots of practice and repetition Always practice slow and accurate not fast Hope this has helped i would also recommend to go see a good drum teacher in your area to make sure you are holding your sticks correctly
