UPDATE - Nick 'Birdman Grimes - Arrow Valley Park, Redditch

Nick, as you can see in this short video taken yesterday afternoon is doing fine. (handheld camera footage, sorry for some shaking)
Nick has been undeterred by his vicious attack, and even though he is still badly bruised, he will make a full physical recovery.
Nick is truly humbled and grateful for the outpouring of love and generosity from the public.
The police have been very helpful and the investigation is ongoing with the aim to bring the assailant to justice.
If anyone has any information about this unprovoked and brutal attack please contact the Redditch Police or contact me and I will forward the information on your behalf.

Nick was brutally attacked while trying to stop a man terrorising the young geese with his dog this week. A GoFundMe has been set up to help Nick with his recovery and to fund the daily feed he provides for the wildfowl at the park.
