Yeah, but the thing is that you don't see it from the camera angle, but the grass gets spread out the further out it goes. That grass grows on the water. I thought it was funny he had to clarify, but the fish made it in the water just fine.

I love that Strikeking Baby Burner, I catch a lot of bass in Ga with it.
Been fishing maybe 4 or 5 times in the last week and a half on the Columbia River and a couple times at Two Rivers which is few ponds located across from the mouth of the Snake River on opposite side of the Columbia River. I only caught two fish in all those trips baby large mouth on a finesse and a 1lb Small Mouth on a squarebill. Water temp is probably just a bit to cool yet. Glad to see you having luck.

We have a lake in our neighborhood and also I live near lake Lanier, big bass and Striper in both, 10 minutes from Lake Lanier you should invest in coming down here we will get ya on big fish

Mike! You should really look into fishing in Wisconsin! Have you ever fished for salmon? Because I run a charter boat with my pops and I have such a good set up. Definetly something you should try! Also Wisconsin is really good for bass fishing. My favorite lake is okeechobee

you really cant, that's why most people throw small baits on spinners
+Sean Rodriguez Not really, it's just easier to cast light lures with light line over heavy line.
I throw light baits on baitcasters all the time. Adjust your brake properly, adjust your spool tension properly and practice, practice, practice.
what do you recommend to fish with I haven't got very many bites yet
hey quick question unrelated to the video, i have noticed that you sometimes use blue and yellow braided line on you're reels. so i gave it a try and i cannot seem to catch bass with any other color than green or black/fluorocarbon line, is it just where i live or am i buying the wrong stuff ?
+mitchell adams when I'm using finesse techniques, colored braid helps me watch the line and detect strikes more easily, but I always use a leader when using colored braid, if you're fishing very clear water fluorocarbon is best to use for sure

u should be able to feel a tug on the big fish that bite sometimes even small fish have a strong bite
+chad nichols you'll just feel little bumps in your rod or more resistance than usual when reeling or moving your rod, make sure to keep your line tight to the bait

+Stewart Lindsey I'm fishing it through thick grass, ripping those off keeps the bait aerodynamic so it slides through more easily. It also makes hooksets easier when I rig the bait sideways

+Eli Ouellette basically u want a 7'3" to 7'6" medium heavy rod and a reel spooled up with 50-65 lb braid, a st. croix mojo bass rod and a lews speed spool would do the trick

alright mike I need some guidance here. I was fishing a local pond today, plenty of vegetation but the water looks like chocolate milk because of the heavy rain fall. it's also very cold water. how should I fish it?
To add on, I was fishing with a 1/4 ounce red eye sexy shad and a rattling spook. came out empty handed
+Tyler Heroux cold muddy water is the toughest waters to fish hands down. Honestly, I'd recommend trying a different spot that's clearer. The red eye shad and jig are great choices this time of year
+1Rod1ReelFishing it's hard man. here in Ontario it gets nice for a few days, then when the conditions are nice another downpour comes on. I also threw on a garlic scented ugly otter on a 1/4 jighead but still nothing. lmao guess I just have to wait it out.
