same old technique he polished the exterior part and thn he put the mirror against the surface it will get again scratchy and the last thing he opened up the light and its not possible that he cannot miss a single spot by filling it with glue .so it's a matter of time that it will get to its old form in few months. Speaking from experience.

No wax will damage it ....you Should use sealent

The lights are not sealed with silicon so its not waterproof, the light will fade again if not coated with clearcoat,rest good job done
