GOMO is operated by Globe and uses the Globe network. GOMO and Globe are essentially one and the same.
The GOMO SIM will work in any phone, pocket WIFI or other device that is either openline or locked to the Globe network. It will not work in devices locked to the Smart network.
You can swap some of your data for calls or texts. E.g. you can give up 400MB of data in return for 6 minutes of calls to any network.
*You need at least 1 paid transaction per year to prevent the SIM from being disconnected.
GOMO exists in other countries, via operators owned or partly owned by Singtel.
299 pesos a year is still a steal.
Very affordable if you are just using this when outdoor and you have a DSL connection at home. Compared to other network's data plan this is a win-win for me.

Gomo started out of Singapore under Singtel. Good thing Singtel partly own Globe so they brought it over. Singtel’s competitor also came up with Giga in response. Hopefully, Smart comes up with something similar.

- Directors, Officers, ESOP (0.26%)

They had a promo on Feb 2 - 4. They were giving 30GB of data for P299.
Now it's back to 25GB of data for P299. Still good when you consider it doesn't expire.

The official GOMO Lazada and Shopee accounts list it for P299, but they give you a P100 voucher, making it P199
There are private sellers with much higher prices. Avoid those sellers.

Yeah exactly GOMO are not accurate for data deduction based on my experience. hopefully this could be fix.
