It doesn't matter that clients don't Google every employee. When crazy posts go viral and the internet mob hunts them down to get them fired, they find out where they work and leave bad reviews and tag them on social media. Companies need to get ahead of that. If you are trashy on your own time, your professional facade at work will crack at some point and I don't blame employers.
Literally nobody posted their real names back in my day on the internet. We all used made up screen names. Our parents and even teachers were very BIG on teaching us back then not to post or share personal information or our real names. Im not sure what went wrong or what happened. I have always used an Alias!
If your stupid enough to post your life for everyone in the world to see make sure your smart enough not to post stupidity.Employers look at these sites to see how responsible you are and clients do the same.
It's best to link the audio from the screen recorder, overlaid with a seperated webcam. You can wear an earbud, so that the micro-phone audio doesn't pick up & distract from the video experience. Best wishes! ❤
Scammers and con people have aliases. If you are called Jane by everyone, but use a different name for your resume, it's reasonable for the potential employer to be concerned that you may have deceptive intentions. That's life. An employer is taking huge risks hiring anyone so don't go writing crap on your profiles and then get upset if an employer discovers your online character. Just be a better person of high character. Only fans content creators are not looking for normal jobs. Your comparison is a false equivalence.
If you didn't know people can fire you for social media where have you been??? If its public, you can be held accountable for what you say or do. You have freedom if speech, not freedom if consequence.
5:00 If she wants to go by her nickname, it's okay..... I go by Jimmy, instead of Jim.... Some people call themselves Bill when they are William, and that is much more extreme than just adding a Y.... Charles becomes Chuck. Richard is Dick... It really doesn't matter...
Ordinarily I also wouldn’t watch because of those things but I liked the topic n wanted to see what she could add through her perspective. I actually enjoyed the video regardless and will be subscribing in hopes the auditory issues will be worked out with time. I think she’s done amazing so far. She’s only just starting out from what it seems and I think she could be one to watch.
It was a joke ... i have heard crazy and worse names than that... crazy names are common in the blk community .... its no shade ... I was using that as an example of a name that most would find out of the ordinary bottom line it's sad a name shouldn't stop anyone from working or making $ it's just another form of control for something we have no control over
The reason the company needs your true name is for a criminal records check. You should ALWAYS put your true name on a job application. If hired, you can always provide your preferred name.
When you work at a company you represent that company.

You dont see the problem with getting fired for your beliefs or expressing your opinions that are not work related??? I bet your a liberal/dem
You only need to use your legal name on tax documents. You can give them whatever name you want to
Exactly!!!💜💜💜😝😝💜💜💜
No you can't. They run a background check including criminal records. Using a false name will get you rejected before they even consider your resume.
On a resume, just use an initial. S. Williams

I am pretty much inclined to call this a "late stage capitalism".
You’re using MY Lord’s name in vain. No thank you.
Oh, you’re so pretty you remind me of my friend Hazel❤
It’s not. Stop connecting your job to your social media profile. Easy answer.
Start the video with grabbing clips. I’m bored already.
