The movie was made to show potential Virago lovers how nice these bikes really are. Even when I had to buy it for quite a lot of money, overhaul the carbs with OEM parts, replace the starter, after I accidentally shorted it, ( the cover on the solenoid has Chrome inside and when I took it off I hadn't disconnected the battery.
The result was breathtaking but taught me a lot about how to order a new starter and change it. You need to remove the whole left engine cover and get familiar with the procedure before you even start doing it/.
I have just changed all fuel lines, not because they were broken, but I saw signs of almost invisible cracks, so I better replaced them all.
The bike is damn fast, does around 200 km/h, but I never had the chance to go full open throttle, our highways have U-turns, a deadly mixture when riding fast.
