I think this became obvious from I phone 11s, I mean I respect those devices and quality processing but that orange skin is apparent in all comparisons, can you turn it off?

I've noticed this as well. Also when the Pixel does tend to lead by margins they tend to nitpick at shit that they don't in other images just to justify their obvious biased pick.
Because Google hasn't caught up in video quality. Their image processing is fantastic in photos, but it can't be done in real time for video. So you end up with a much more grainy video when it comes to any type of lower light shooting.
@@hdwblade In some cases it has. Night is not so good due to bumping up the brightness heaps and using that older sensor. But day time is quite good at times.
I'm watching on the s20 fan edition. What a monster of a phone! Today, from 6am until 9:30 pm my time, my phone lasted almost 10 hours of screen on time. With 120 hz on. I was on discord the majority of the dayz as well as reddit

Right now, on samsung's website, if you have a school email, sign into it and you can get the add-on gaming controller for a significant discount. As for the multitouch use that I've experienced, it's gotten a lot better with the October update. I do hear a lot of people on reddit say that touchscreen issues still come up when you use multiple fingers on a game.
I have the s20 FE myself and it is worth it for gaming. I only had minor multitouch issues which was pretty much entirely fixed with the update. I also have the same if not slightly better battery life on my device.

I'm so impressed by the pixel 5. I'm currently using a Samsung S10 and was considering the S20 FE but the pixel is more what I'm after in terms of photography oh and it's astrophotography feature looks amazing.
I'm surprise how Samsung have develop in the camera dept. in their S20 fe. It improved so much so much that I think it's better than their flagship of S21 class..but overall I love the natural & true to life photos of pixel 5. It is so real that we feel like it brought us at that place...at that moment. Superb!

I'm an apple girl through and through but I love the way Samsung's phone produces the most natural colours but also vibrant looking photos. iPhones's have this awful yellow tinge to every photo (some might say 'warm') no matter the circumstances, and in particular the selfie cam photos are awful, producing flat, boring photos where any amount of skin texture is removed.
Pixel renders natural color. Keeps the detail . S20 fe renders over saturated colour what you would not like everyday. Personally I prefer pixel 5 .. more than iphones warm color. And look at 9:05. Iphone and s20 fe just forget that the green tree was there. Messed up
They are all great with pros and cons and also very subjective as to colour. I would be happy with any of these though none are perfect in every aspect and due to the algorithms, you could take two photos with the same camera and get different colour temperatures. If I was pernickety re: photography then I would choose none of these, the iPhone 12 Pro Max would be my choice for best camera. Looking forward to testing Pro-RAW now it is on beta 12.3.
Pixel seems to have the most balanced and refined approach to processing photos. Maybe not eye catching to most but a look that photography connoisseurs will appreciate a lot.
I wish apple would improve the aperture on the uw lens on the 12, it would look much better handheld. In my testing, placing the 12 on a tripod and taking night mode ultra wide photos looked amazing
At around 2:28 you failed to acknowledge that Fe flipped the picture on a different side in comparison to iphone me pixel. 2. The picture couldn't separate the background properly, u can see it on your left chin.
Was it S20 FE or S20 FE 5G? Because of the different cpu they have slightly different image processing. The Exynos version is slightly worse and produces oversaturated photos in most situations.

I would say so, but only for the 5g version with the snapdragon. For that you're getting a great processor, great screen with 120 hz, good cameras, good battery, good speakers, water resistance, wireless charging, and a good android skin.
I like the pixel phone by the way . I been using the same exact camera on a pixel 4 xl. I get great shots by the way. My 2nd choice is the iphone 12 pro max.
Price wise, here in Brazil, nothing comes close, in terms of value, to the S20 FE. It´s a all rounder, super good and with features such as IP68, it´s unbeatable! Here it goes for around 350 USD, Unlocked. A pretty good deal, in my opinion.

I would say these are all so close and very good. If you put them all in correction software you might be able to get them all to a point that appeals to you.
Hello, I have a somewhat specific request and I need advice. I need a phone with an excellent camera (main) and above all with the fastest possible picture. That is, with minimal post-processing. I will be using a company application to take pictures, so I need the camera not to depend on the application itself for image quality. The price does not matter, but ideally it should be an android phone. This is not a technical limitation, but rather a personal preference. Thank's in advance for any suggestions or recommendations.
I am still indecisive between S20 FE and iPhone 12 switching from s10e Samsung got much better value for price but in at end iPhone feels better in hand and keep better value for resell.

An image should be vivid not washed out so that's why i like samsung why do youtubers tend to like fade out colors more than a photographic image and then they edit them with vivid filters to look more dynamic and professional and like the orange tone on iPhone
I think the Pixel wins for photography. Better detail, white balance and contrast in mosr shots and certainly at night. Video is a toss up, with none of them standing out.
Truth be told, differences and nuances notwithstanding, for the average consumer, any one of these would be great. The question I have is, would any one of these basically render a point and shoot camera, even a high-end one, redundant or obsolete? Put another way, unless you're prepared to bring a DSLR, or know how to use one properly, would any one of these phones be perfectly adequate to serve as your only camera on vacation?

I don't get why Samsung phones make your face look so white. Western people don't have asian beauty standards. A phone should adapt to every ethnicity. If they're selling to western countries they should know that people actually prefer looking tanned
All the phones look great. Its a matter of preference and what ecosystem you like better. Even though all the pics look great I love iPhone. You get spoiled being in the Apple ecosystem too cuz all the devices communicate well with each other
You need to be a photographer to understand how silly this kind of videos are. All phones use filters, and these phone´s pictures can be made to look identical by changing settings. So, instead of talking about cameras, they should talk about settings and filters.

2:47 Great dynamic on Pixel 5. But the Pixel 5 always give me a dim photo, maybe the older CMOS.

The comparison isn't right. The image on the S20FE is vertically inverted. For example, the comparison about wrinkles in 2:20 makes no sense..
