I just realized this as i quited boxing that shadow boxing is the second best way to train yourself (sparring is always the first). As you said, imagination is the limit and you can literally start shadow boxing anywhere and every where, you can warm up shadow boxing, you can work out shadow boxing, you can really challenge yourself shadow boxing. A tip from me i guess that helps me still improve my boxing skills even tho i aint in a formal boxing class now is recording my shadow boxing, when i feel like i underperformed in a certain situation, or a certain technique, or whatever i could just shadow box again, record it while fixing my errors, then watch it again lol.
Pleased to see I practice almost everything you preached in this video. 1 thing I'm definitely gonna try is shadowboxing while watching my favorite fight/ers, that never occurred to me before. Thanks coach!
Another great vid coach, thank you! Do you think you could cover high value targets for boxers sometime soon? (Liver, solar plexus, floating ribs, chin, temple, etc)
Very good video as always. Would you mind posting a video on using boxing without a ruleset? What works better than others? Like in case someone gets into a fight or something, trapping someone in a corner like you do in the ring isn’t optimal since that will invite his grappling.
Coach, I know you consider fundamental positions and tactics important but I'd love to hear your thoughts on the tactics and applications for alternate guards like the long guard, cross-armed guard, or forearm guard.
Thats a really interesting thought! I will definitely add it to the list of future videos. In the meantime I really like the eboxing academy videos (3 I think) about the long guard
So many comments show praise for the quality boxing lessons, but I think the dancing pecs at the end deserve more

For sure! I've actually got a script written "how to knock someone out"
Yes pls. Would really appreciate how to systematically get to these targets and what effect each target has on the human body. 🙏🏾
@@bambaraboxing oh okay, nice! Looking forward to that one then!

@@bambaraboxing yes, I've rewatched those several times. Thanks for all your hard work!
Hi coach, do you plan to create video with rating your subscribers shadowboxing?
For sure! Tag me in a video
I try to get al least 20min shadow in every day
hi coach! I'm just wondering..is it hook and uppercut land at two big knuckles or nah?
Yes, you want to land with your index and middle knuckle if able (though the gloves are very forgiving)
Great video, thanks! Consider to leave out the back ground music, I like it by far best without
Do you have instagram
