The Diekman story is great. It's funny with Pitchers how minor tweaks can make huge impacts. Mariano Rivera was a failed Starter who accidentally discovered his legendary Cutter and became almost unhittable (even though every person in the stadium knew what the next pitch was going to be).
I think he could fill that role this year, but as a utility player. But the Phillies are probably looking for a bigger impact bat at either position, and that's only if they would trade Alec Bohm.
If they don't make a huge splash in FA, what are your thoughts on them getting a pure hitter in Arraez ? Put him at 1b n Harper in LF. Bring up Crawford CF (i think he will be ready)The Phillies need a bat behind Harper. No one in this line up scares ya besides Harper. That being said, IMO the line up should be Turner Arraez Harper Schwarber Bohm Casty Stott JT Crawford. Ty
Thanks guys. You are part of my morning routine now!
We love to hear it!

Is there any chance to have Clemens play some 3rd if needed and more time in LF ? His salary helps yo have money used for pitching
