It’s part of the compilation of songs, on my Now 41 album. Never has sounding so desperate to get out of a place, come across so well and a wonderfully bizarre video too!
+thatkidkasper I was just about to comment on this video but you have said it for me! You have typed exactly what I was wanting to say. Space were a great 90s band. I remember going to see them in the 90s and they were great but Tommy Scott can't sing like Eric Burden. Eric's voice takes some beating it is unique. Eric Burden and Jim Morrison have the best singing voices.
@funkmasterjee The object of a cover is not to "better" the original. It is just one person's or one band's individual interpretation of the original. I personally see it as "The view of the landscape is the original and the painting as the cover version" Two or more artists may paint the same landscape view, but they will all look different yeah? There is no right or wrong, it's just art.
@1337cg I don't see any Hondas in the video, unless the truck is a Honda and they really point that out at all. Could be the song was licensed by Honda in a commercial, which is a different thing.
Apparently, I’m the only person on TH-cam that wants to hear a hard rocking version of this particular Animals song. I can’t find a hard rock cover anywhere! I need, like, a really heavy, distorted, power-chord, loud, growly, shrieky, belting, Phil Anselmo version!
I made a TH-cam account just to say... whoever the hell this band is should feel very bad about what they did to this song. Also - why is the singer trying to sound so cool during the first few lines? ugh. i feel sick
I used to listen to this when I was a kid and it brings back so many memories

I still listen to Now 41 now, great mix of tunes on there and the random version of Tell Me Ma as the last track, they all weirdly flow well together!
I love Space and all but there's no way I could like this better than the animals version. Eric's gritty vocals make the original for me

+Walt Jabsco I was about to say ditto, but that would be redundant. it was a classic back then, and still is to this day

this is just as good as the original; fuck the haters.
Where was this filmed
Cockshield what year? 98?
nice one, but this song needs more POWER!!
Gilvin I agree, a 2 litre v-tech engine just doesn't cut it!
@Moonraker1974 pefectly worded
He wearing cp company jacket?
Were you asked to pick one over the other? lol
Thats L.A.
Not one of their best, but brilliant band. Spiders album is way underrated.
I accidentally found this. S'alright!

ghostdog2041 Blue Oyster Cult do a version
Chocolate Bunnies from Hell also do a pretty kickass cover.
Prefer this to the original.
no superan a the animals
why
i don't dislike this cover, per-say, but I feel the producing is what makes this cover lack in intensity.
The orginal song by the Animals is much better!
The cover by Chocolate Bunnies from Hell is best of all. Not sure if it's even on TH-cam yet.
I was born in 87' and I must say they ruined a 1965 classic.
I want Animals
